It has strayed quite significantly from the comic thru three episodes. I like the show but the comic is vastly superior. I mean it’s so different thus far it’s a stretch to call it an adaptation.
They should lean into that and adding episodes to existing shows they've made... or at least away from the reality competition shows with terrible people in them that they keep trying.
I finished and it was a solid, but nothing special program. I would say 7 out of 10. A little bit corny overall. It gave off a Lemony Snicket "Series of Unfortunate Events" vibe (without the humor), but didn't execute nearly as well.
I finished it and this adaptation is kind of a disgrace to the comic, IMO. I give it a 6 out of 10, would be higher if I hadn’t read the comic though.
I felt a bit generous with the 7 to be honest. It feels somewhat vapid, but I do like fantasy series, so that bumped it up. I could see being pissed if I knew the source material. On the flipside I finally got around to watching Amazon's, Invincible, and that did not disappoint in any way.
I watched the first episode of Sweet Tooth and it was just incredibly weird to me. Don’t know how much more I’ll watch.
I'm guessing I'm late to the party and maybe person 20 who's already said this but, Bo Burnham's special/show is f'ing great and hilarious.
as someone who loved S1 and S2 of master of none, S3 is probably the worst thing I have ever watched in my life
Pretty caught up on most anything good. Started Colony which has 3 seasons and think it was a USA show. Not bad and watchable
Not Netflix: Imagine my surprise when I decided to start Yellowstone with a free Peacock account, only to find out the only episode (after watching and enjoying it) available with a free account is the pilot.
Where is that? I’m watching for the first time, might wait until I finish so I don’t have things spoiled
