Explain the dividend announcement from an hour or so ago, is that what you were looking for? It’s clearly what the AH market was looking for, spiking almost to $4.
Yeah...knew it was probably coming today. I don't fully understand the timing of everything...waiting for someone to post an easy explainer on the TRCH sub.
Only 13 here. So yeah, it would be okay if the dividend was $25 and if the stock go up, which is what I’m told they do.
About 500 shares here. From my limited DD...hold til after the special dividend on the 24th unless the stock price gets so high selling would cover what we think the dividend will be (to hedge bets against sell off afterwards?)..or vice versa to hold if the dividend will be too big to give up. But no one knows what teh exact special dividend value will be, other than it will be worth the preferred stock we get? I've been reading the TRCH sub and various twitter takes and that's the best I got at this point.
Just bought 7 shares of TRCH with the funds I had left over after buying more of my total stock market ETF.
Also, CTXR gang, where you at. End of month will have superiority review to see if the trial can be halted to move to a New Drug Application to the FDA. If they get that halt, one analyst projects $10 price target, beyond another’s $8 target. Things are looking rosy, iyam.
pulled my initial investment at just under a double. haven't followed that one much, but need to look at the finances.. for whatever reason I've gravitated to bios and a lot of these smaller companies will dilute after price spikes or catalysts come through. I know they did a raise right after a bunch of us itt and the reddit crowd had got in, hopefully they have enough cash and I can just forget about it until something like you're quoting prints playing ARDX again on the PUDFA. Their April date got pushed back to 7/29 through no fault of their own, just the FDA being behind due to covid.. almost a sure thing it'll either get an early approval or hit low 9s on the runup to July 29th.. Drug already approved for another designation, already being used for its pending designation in Japan and other parts of Asia.. I got in this second time at 6.75, but will add more if it dips below that again. Made about 45% on the last run and only sold because someone smarter than me said the pricing on options was telling us to bail. Highly likely for approval, will hold a good bit through for the gamble like I had intended to last time kept adding KMPH last month and I'm going to go down with that ship long term.. kempharm is either going to buy my own farm or I'm just going to chill on the family's farmstead for another decade+ .. Booo some bitchmade analyst put out a “TRCH is overbought” article a few minutes ago, as if they don’t understand in the slightest the impending dividend. We’ll see how well that forces a dip.
ENZC has nosedived this past week. Down 40%. I'm guessing there's probably a reason, but I don't perform any due diligence. Actually, it's the stock market, so of course there isn't a logical reason.
Does anyone have a good resource or strategy for determining a strike price? I'm considering betting a small amount on matching Burry's TLT and TBT positions.
At least til the dividend and then set up a trailing stop loss to cash out if it plummets. Now just a matter of figuring out how the fuck to set it up.
