You have options. No one is forcing anyone (here anyway) to buy anything the object to. That's not "society". If you object to children making Nikes, you don't have to buy Nikes. You can not buy Nikes and still participate in society.
You can really really tell when people have never engaged with actual left wing ideas in any substantive way
simply not true. do you even google? https://www.endslaverynow.org/blog/articles/products-made-by-child-labor-with-alternative-options
True. We should try to price smaller ones out of the market and get it down to 3 corporations. When do we raise minimum wage?
Just fwiw we're approaching escape velocity for you going back to the argue with riner thread as this has nothing to do with biden amin administration news anymore
Lmao yeah, man. Let's all boycott Nike and only wear $200 boots for every imaginable occasion. Great solution!
If we didn’t have government, we wouldn’t have corporations, which are purely a creation of the state. So if you think that corporate exploitation of individuals is the problem, then you should agree that the solution is to eliminate the state, or at very minimum, it’s involvement in any aspect of commerce. It’s so obvious.
It's entertaining on occasion, but not sure if a page per hour will keep up by the time I catch up...
*Opens Biden thread excited to see there are 5 pages to catch up on and thinking there will be good news. Sees a riner post like three posts in, then skips to the last page and confirms that some inane argument started and continues*
(an actual exchange) Reporter: Mr. Prez do some members of the dem party want to defund the police? Biden: Are there some members of the Republican Party who believe we suck the blood out of children? *walks away* Yes, thank you. Let’s talk about how fucking absurd the other party is before we even dignify legitimate questions.
Idk... there are still plenty of shrines to Friedman and Sewell out there. The crypo fad has brought a lot out of the woodwork
Not to interrupt but is anyone else fascinated by the Florida man who either plotted to or was used as a pawn in the assassination of the Haitian president thinking he would be his replacement? And how it was barely a blip on the news?
This is why one of the most important functions of government is (or at least should be) to restrain the winners
Your shit is weak, son!! Go back to the lab bc only Trump daddy, white Jesus and bleach can save our souls
