I didn’t sell them but I traded them away, a few Kobe Rookies and just this past year I sold a few Justin Herbert Silver Prizms out of the Mosaic set early on before he blew up. Sold them for $75 a piece and within a month or so they were up in the 3-400 range. Should have just held onto those and sold at their peak but oh well. I like to keep most my cards and the ones I try to flip they haven’t been anything crazy yet.
I had two Devin Booker National Treasures RPAs /99 that I bought in 2015. Sold them both after he dropped 70 points a few years back.

appears another intern at target is going to lose their jobs. seems like a bunch of stuff was added that, surprise surprise, target doesn't have.
They add the items to the website and then later on they add the stock. Takes about 10-20 minutes or so. I grabbed 3 NBA Prizm Mega boxes and 3 NFL Prizm Megas.
i understand this. the website continues to show items that are sold out. by nfl prizm you mean draft picks no?
it's weird, my PC shows them still in stock ... but my phone shows them out. my PC won't even let me add the items that my phone says are in stock to my cart. so stupid.
This is the shit that needs to be stopped. I’m all for making money but this isn’t how retail is supposed to work. I get people buying blasters and reselling online but this is another level of douchebagery.
I was at a shop a few weeks ago in New Orleans and the dude had blasters stacked 4 high, 3 deep on all of high display cases. Cheapest I saw was MLS for like $25. Rest were $50+
Im all for the selling retail…..if they sell at retail prices. Hobby shops marking up retail product should lose their ability to buy hobby.
This was my supposed to be how my rant came across but I sort of forgot it’s and pieces. They are no different than a Target or Walmart when it comes to selling these items. I understand they would probably do the same things and sell them to a friend and split the secondary market profits anyway.
meijer charges atleast 25% more than everyone else. a blaster of stadium club is going to run you 24.99 at the meijer. i dont think LCS's selling retail is a good practice, unless like you said they're selling for near retail prices.
the vendor had hit target. they had the cello packs of chronicles soccer. was really hoping for some topps chrome. i'm going to the mall after work, so i'll check to see what that target has.
Two weeks ago, I pulled an Acuna auto /50 out of stadium club. Today's Acuna auto pull is to /85 from Museum. Give me all the Acuna autos! ALL.OF.THEM.
Watching these guys open up 2018-19 NBA Prizm blaster boxes for $700 a piece on Twitch. Crazy that little box goes for so much money. lol

Recently got back into collecting cards after many, many years. What do you all use to verify current value - eBay? Trying to look up this Dylan Carlson auto that I recently pulled but not seeing much on my generic searches
Ebay sold listings - auction-style. You're right, there are no comps at the moment because it is such a new product. If you were looking to sell, now would be the best time to do so as the first couple weeks is the best time to sell after a product drops. Conversely, and many have said this before ITT, never buy singles within the first 2-3 weeks of a product coming out. They will always fall in price as more cards hit the market.
You could also use 130point.com for sold prices. I found a Carlson auto from the same stadium club set that sold for $150ish, as a variation photo #/25. Different card, but same set at least. https://www.ebay.com/itm/294278648670
Check your big lots fellas … they had 40 card packs of 2020 playoff. I never got to open any so I was rather pleased. They had a bunch of them.
last time i was in there i got to talking to an employee and he said that they're stocked by a vendor about once a month. he said it really picks up toward christmas. it holds up, mine was stocked June 20ish and they restocked on July 23rd.
Stocking schedules are so random. My closest Walmart hasn't been stocked in over a month. I have realized, if I go to the hood, Walgreens usually has something.
