I like the simple additions to career mode and even though the create a club customization options seem sort of basic the overall gameplay seems a bit more realistic even in the beta.
Have to say I enjoyed my first full season of FUT, despite how despised that mode is for ruining the game. Looks like everything's winding down now but I'm pretty happy with my endgame squad. Time to give career mode a real go now.
Haven’t played in a few years, so probably not a new feature, but I must say I enjoy xG being added to the stats so I can see things like “halftime score: 1-1; xG 6.4-0.6”
Basically anything in the box on target is getting saved by superhuman keepers but finesse shots from outside the box are money
On the plus side within the first week I’ve packed a Lukaku and a Goretzka, which is a better haul than I got all of the last year I played (18, I think)
the ball mechanics do seem more realistic thus far save for the fact that deflections and loose balls still go to the ai at an approximate 90% clip
for '21 manager career mode guys, do clubs ever accept you loaning a player without the option to buy or are they just gonna continue to be little pantywaists every time I bring it up
Lol. Fuck No. Not even between Xbox and PC. You also still cannot play between two generation of systems like PS4 and PS5
ea decided that since they cant offer a full serie a experience with teams, they would force all of us to have their approaches to loans
in fifa 21, i’ve found it works for me if i delegate the loan with the condition of no option to buy seems like delegating it works more often than not if they initially ask for a purchase option
As it turns out, I’m very bad at this game after not playing for four years (and not being that good when I last played), but beyond that indisputable fact, is 4-3-3 just an unplayable formation?
I used to love the false 9 or 433 (2) but haven’t been able to use 433 for a few years. 4231 works, as do 442 or 4222 Haven’t figured out what works best this year yet but last year 532 was pretty meta
Tried a 4-3-1-2 with a little bit better success. Was just getting overrun in the midfield with the wide players never really offering much support on either end
4-2-3-1 is my go to for '21 used narrow for fut but I'm starting to like the wide version more during this career mode run
they’re real, and they’re spectacular moose and busio are leading the venetians to the scudetto and copa italia in their first season up
Club is real but the stadium is generic. Looking forward to them loading that stadium into the game eventually since you have to travel to it by boat
there is a documentary on the copa90 YouTube channel where a guy goes to the game that I believe ensured their promotion and gives a detailed history of the club and fans. Worth watching if you’re interested in that kind of stuff.
discovered a fun glitch in career mode Spoiler all but 1 of my youth academy players, without warning, disappeared after season 2 that saw veneziamerica win the treble
I like how they got rid of the generic manager who looked astonishingly like Ronald Koeman and replaced the one that is supposed to actually be Koeman with something that barely resembles him. Classic EA
I get grainy weird discolorations sometimes where its like watching an old TV whose rabbit ears aren't doing their job. Why does society put up with the gaming industry selling products that aren't anywhere close to market ready? They called that "fraud" once upon a time.
haven't ran into this one yet (and hope not - got a baller lwb and cm cooking on mine) my youth guys all have their first name on the back of their shirts like they are in rec league though
