Drinking one of these right now. Mostly bought it because that's my go-to order at Canes (goddamn marketing) but it's a very nice lemonade IPA. Most "lemonade" beers taste like ass but this one is nicely balanced.
I explained it as “refreshing” to my girl who won’t touch an IPA. It’s a good summer beer for people who love IPAs imo.
It's extremely drinkable but damn 7%. That will have you in some kind of way crushing these. Agree this would definitely be a good "gateway" IPA for people though.
I can’t crush shit anymore. I’ve just been in a rut with IPAs this summer and I hate p much most all other beer
i didn't even read the description... i purely bought it because I like Julius and King Julius. its my own fault.
Just poured this but I was on a heavy Cherry Slush kick earlier in the summer. Guy at my shop recommended this. Hope it works out.
Gotta respect a man who’s fridge is 90% beer, 5% orange juice, 3% Philadelphia cream cheese and 2% takeout.
I have not been a huge fan of Central Florida beers due to the quality of the water but CoastalOrange can speak on one beer from down here that is superior. Rome City IPA from brewpub in Lakeland FL. Surprising great and an easier drinker than most IPAs.
I will give props to the brewers down here in FL compared to those in GA, TN, and NC that I came from knowing because they have to overcome the water so when they come up with a good beer, it’s actually worth being recognized.
Yo… that trampoline in the background. Pro tip. Those things hold their value. Bought one for my two kids years ago brand new. Wife sold it 3 years later on FB marketplace for the same price we bought it for… had a good 10 people fighting for it.
Was gonna say. I don’t live very far away from them and that shit sells like hotcakes here. Can be difficult to find sometimes
if you are ever coming in for a Notre dame game and have time to explore the area, will always recommend iechyd da (about 25 minutes east of campus, but actually where a lot of people have to stay if you don’t get a hotel in time).
