Death is tragic even for those that may deserve it…. Most of the time there is someone who loved them that it causes pain for that doesn’t deserve the pain. with that said…. I don’t lose much sleep over those people that can’t help themselves due to dumb ideas. Sorry to jump in, but just my random thoughts.

I think you mean you’ve been ignorant about it your whole life. If you didn’t know it was the Olympic class you’ve actively avoid reading about the ships construction.
It has been portrayed as a marvel of its time that was unlike anything seen before, when it was 5 fucking inches longer than a ship that had already been sailing for nearly a year. Come the fuck on.
The ships weren’t much different, the only reason the Titanic isn’t a footnote in history is because of the great loss of life. As far as ships go she was as good as her sister ship the Olympic, but she wasn’t unique.
Sorry, it’s one of like four things I know entirely too much about. Ask me about the geology of Washington State, I dare you.
