“I laid three dimes down and the machine wanted twenty-five cents” DBT in Richmond. After about the third song, Patterson goes, “Y’all this has been a pretty fucked up year.”
Awesome. I was kinda surprised the Truckers didn’t cover a Stones tune last night. House music pre-show was all rolling stones.
Low-key regretting the VIP. Just got the email today for the time of all the things, and it starts at 4:30 and show doesn't start until 8. I may be blackout by the time they hit the stage.
If anyone needs shoals fest tickets I have two up on stubhub I can pull down and send to you for cheap. I double booked that weekend and can’t make it.
I got this email too and was confused by its wording. I guess I’m dipping out of the office at like 3 tomorrow.
I'll be the tall guy wearing an Isbell shirt and American Aquarium hat hat. Don’t forget y’all’s vax card
I’m fucking hurting already. Done fucking walked 8 miles today so I’d save money on Uber’s. I hate myself
I’m gonna describe a stranger to Nole0515 , watch him introduce and make a fool of himself then say jk and describe another guy. Rinse and repeat
Pretty sure I saw you last night. Would have come up and said hello had I read this. Damn that was a great show. They are clicking on all cylinders. Their songs are really good, but they always blow me away with how good of a live band they are.
Isbell podcast drops Thursday. Sounds like it’ll be a good one. ugafish cover your eyes!!! It’s scary progressive stuff!

Have Shoalsfest tickets followed by tickets for 3 nights at the Ryman. October is going to be a very good month.

Really excited about Shoalsfest. Also now loving that AU plays LSU during the show so I don't have to watch that garbage.
The venue at the raceway kinda sucks IMO. We got tickets in the usual "pit/ga area", Row X. So should be right in front of the soundboard, but they were like $80 w/ fees. Would rather be in Altria for that.
Had a ticket to Atlanta and didn't go due to covid concerns. That set list makes me feel way better about it. I'm sure it was great but would have been pretty disappointed by the songs they didn't play.
Y’all doing anything outside the festival? Wife and I are going down tomorrow for the weekend. Weather is supposed to be great.
Bought 2-day GA passes to shoalsfest. Can’t make it Saturday but can’t sell/give away the Saturday access without including the Sunday access. 2 tickets for 2 days; not 4 tickets for 2 days if that makes sense.
That's tough. On that note, if anyone knows of someone needing a ticket, let me know. I think my parents have some they are trying to sell. At this point, they would likely take well under face value just to get something back for them
They played Outfit together last night it appears. One of my favorite parts of that Muscle Shoals reunion show with the three of them was hearing Patterson singing backup to Jason on it. Just worked so well on the chorus.
