it's still early, but the pulley attachments i bought have been the real MVP of my sweat shop. i bought a few different brands and have used components from all of them to find angles i liked for lat pulls, rows, pressdowns, and high pulls. also i took my weight trees apart and just mounted to the pegs to the studs on my shed, freed up a little more floor space. /dear diary

home depot had some 3/4” plywood scraps the exact width i wanted for free, so i didn't have to buy a new sheet for $75. deadlift area is a little sturdier now.
My first training cycle actually working with a weightlifting coach was front squat focused and its the first time I've actually ever really done any volume of front squats Hit a 30 lb PR Saturday at 325, feel like I could've easily gotten 10-20 more if I hadn't been taking 5-10 lb jumps from 20 lbs below my former PR.
Yeah I feel like if I keep training it a fair amount I can add pretty quickly to it. Just not used to getting in the hole with that much weight in the front rack. Haven't done many sets above 225 before this training cycle and yesterday was my first time with 300+
