Well that answers that. Would have been surprised if he planned to fuck around and find out in a contract year. E: Confirmed. We good.
I'm frankly shocked that he is vaccinated after my wife had told me that Badger's girlfriend is all over IG posting anti-vaxx stuff. But Badger isn't dumb. He doesn't want to miss any paychecks.
Lots of story posts with it. But that was several months ago. Not sure if she has changed her tune because my wife stopped following her after all of her terrible opinions.
What do Dan and Ben have on Andy or Veach or the Hunts? It has to be canceled big time sort of stuff to keep their jobs this long across multiple coordinators.
I rarely get anything to eat at the games outside of popcorn because I've usually eaten quite a bit in the parking lot. But if this is an Aramark item, I'll pass.
Just buy all those items separately at Joe's, combine yourself. Will be infinitely better and possibly even cheaper.
I’ve never taken food into Arrowhead. Was that ever allowed? I loved taking full meals into the K when it was allowed.
What's the situation around the stadium? Ended up renting a car. How's parking? Any good spots to hang out and watch some of the early games? Etc
Yes and parking is plenty but fucking expensive. You have to buy it in advance and give yourself plenty of time to get in. Leave hours early.
If you don’t want to park in the stadium lot and tailgate there’s a BP station right off the exit that works fucking great. Pull in, pay the guy, head into the lots/stadium. On the way out it’s a little bit of a hill climb, but you’re on the interstate within 2 minutes of starting the car.
Not in my experience outside of tailgating or stadium bars. The stadium complex is mostly on its own out there. I’ve never attempted to cut it super close to kickoff, but the arrival process at arrowhead usually seems relatively slow.
There really isn't, unfortunately. If I recall, you're coming from the airport area and heading south east. I'd consider stopping somewhere downtown for a beer, like say Street Car Tavern (they have lots of TV's, I've watched NFL games there before), that way you will be close proximity to the highway you need to get back on and head to the BP racer mentioned.
You can go buy some tallboys at QT or BP and find a vacant lot to drink them in. I know at some point they had a shuttle bus that would run from like the Plaza but I doubt that exists anymore.
This is a pretty good call, actually. Walking around the parking lot with a 6 pack is never a bad idea, probably not ideal for Covid precaution, though (but I think going to the game at all is throwing caution to the wind). If you want to have a pre-game beer, I'll be in a red tent in the second row of the parking lot closest to the stadium near G28. Message me if interested, but my phone is going to be charging in the car to try to preserve my wifi hotspot so we should communicate before.
As a visiting fan, as long as you're not a douchebag, I'm sure you can find someone in the lot willing to share some food and beverage with you. Bring along a case of cheap beer and some shooters of Fireball or something and you'll generally be welcomed with open arms as long as you aren't a Raiders fan. One of my best memories out at Arrowhead was basically merging tailgates with a Bills crew and doing multiple shot skis back in the day. This was before table crashing was all the rage though.
Frank Clark is a total broke dick. Not too surprised about HB though. Woulda been weird if he played with 0 practice time.
There are always weird ups and downs throughout games but it's the main thing I feel throughout all of it.
I'm just hoping that a lot of the issues can be fixed when we get healthy. But this has still be concerning. Zero push from the front 7.
Was not impressed with CEH today in the slightest. Woof. On the other hand, Nick Bolton looked nice in his first game.
