No idea about this guy, showed up on my TL. The kids that gush like this usually don't end up here, though.
yeah I figured the #1 player would be, just some good old fashioned northern burb rivalry hate over here
Probably doesn't mean anything. So/Jrs hype up playing at Bama then half of them lose interest. He's got good taste watching that documentary, though.
They don't and I am not 100% sure I've heard of this kid. I'll assume even though it's not THAT Trinity Christian, this will be similar.
I could see Clemson too, but I had read Clemson does not rate him as high as his ranking. Or more wait and see there. (which I tend to agree).
He's going to Alabama. But the only other team he would consider is UGA. And that's not how it went down at Clemson.
Is this all what Andrew Bone is saying? Bc the Alabama part is true but the rest of everything is not. Long way to go and sorta futile to get into it over who is 2nd 3rd or 4th.
I never doubt Larry Johnson, that's how you get disappointed. I think the ties to Bama run deeper than is being let on publicly. I'd trust Prince on this over Chad Simmons.
For reference Chad Simmons: Quick notes: TODAY, I like Ohio State no. 1, then Clemson, A&M and Bama. UGA next, and still in the thick of things. With it being August, UGA’s focus is on the start of the season, but things will pick back up with Overton this fall. What I’m watching and seeing what I can pick up on is who will be leading the way. From what I’ve heard, Tray Scott and Kirby Smart have been involved. But the leader was Scott Cochran. We all know Cochran has been away for some time now focused on other things. I can say Cochran had really connected with the family, and that was important. We will see who becomes the leader moving forward when coaches can start calling these 2023 players next month. Overton had a very good visit to UGA in June and he will be back in Athens this fall. He’s also good friends with UGA commit Pierce Spurlin from the AAU hoops days, so UGA may not be at the top today, but I still consider them a major contender.
James Smith and Peter Woods may also positively or negatively affect him. I don't know details like Prince, but recruiting, especially when it comes to guys of that caliber, gets real messy the last 12 months.
With the way we are handing out cars and other various NIL deals, I'm now more confident we can step up our 'crootin game even more.
I'm still waiting on our Benz dealership sponsorships. We're slacking, chargers and challengers don't cut it now.
because he's a bad ass that will probably get our first carry of the year, would love to see a Treveyon/Miyan duo and Teague get out of the way.
Loy on Carnell Tate: “From what I’m told from sources, Tate was once not happy people all expected him to land at ND despite him leaning that way. Then OSU gained a bunch of steam and that staff was very confident. However, things changed and ND was much more optimistic and OSU wasn’t. After this weekend, OSU feels good while ND is just nervous with this being down the stretch.”
“Tate was going to Notre Dame up until he saw my crystal ball pick for him to end up there.” Incredible.
Typical recruit from Florida who isn't really from here but against logic I'll hope for the best, ton of UF influence at his high school. He hits like a ton of bricks and had a pick tonight against St Thomas Aquinas, helluva player.
