Oh my god. What a huge win. Not the prettiest but man how long has it been where we go up there early and win a huge road game in the division?
Lot of things to clean up. The d line was awful. O line just as bad. Need to get the ball into waddles hands more.
Big win but we absolutely need to look better on offense next week. It just always feels like we are one minor setback away from the drive being toast.
Looked at this stupid play again. Not only does he actually start the hit around his hips, but he initially goes into his tackle with Jones standing at the 27. By the time, he's hit, he actually jumped back to the 28. So of course the contact ends up slightly lower. But still not too low! What a horrendous fucking call.
I definitely wanted a RB there but looks like a good pick based on his play and all the practice reports. Thank you #Oregon Ducks
I don't remember many people being mad. I liked it. Some people wanted us to trade up for Javonte which was understandable but I don't remember them hating on Holland really.
PFF items of note from the game: I still think Baker is very overrated but too late now... Offensive Line Pass-protection can be tough when facing a defense like the Patriots, and that proved true for the Dolphins. Every starting offensive lineman allowed at least one pressure. Jesse Davis was the only starter to earn a pass-blocking grade above 70. Player Pass-blocking grade Pass-blocking snaps Pressures allowed Robert Hunt 60.4 29 1 Liam Eichenberg 65.5 29 2 Solomon Kindley 35.2 29 2 Michael Deiter 61.0 29 2 Jesse Davis 76.6 29 2 Linebackers Jerome Baker was the only linebacker to play nearly every snap but didn’t have the best day stopping the run or in coverage, with both grades ranking among the worst on the team. Baker had the difficult task of guarding James White out of the backfield and allowed six receptions, the most of any Dolphins defender. Secondary While the Miami secondary is usually known for intercepting passes, today they were known for forcing fumbles. Eric Rowe and Xavien Howard each forced a fumble in the game, with Howard forcing the game-sealing turnover on Harris. Both played well in coverage. Howard allowed a 4-yard completion the only time he was targeted, while Byron Jones forced an incompletion on one of his two attempts. He’s a stud. Really bummed the plague robbed of us watching him play at Oregon for his 3rd year. Dolphins got a real good one.
think the issue was the pick came out of nowhere, he was never connected with us and nobody had really mocked him to us
Yes, but I think it was more so confusion because we had a safety that they cut after fact. Looking like a great pick tho
I may be back in time for the kickoff on Sunday, but it is possible I will be driving back from camping during the game. So I just wanted to say good luck and fuck you all.
If Tua play's great you'll be hearing from us. I highly recommend deleting your account if that happens Spoiler Eat shit
All of Tua’s incompletions. Of the 11, I’d say 3 or 4 were actual missed/bad throws? The Pats were great in coverage. Tua was still really accurate.
some marino highlights for his 60th birthday. best arm in NFL history. Put up new rule numbers in the 80s.
Damn. When he missed practice for a personal matter I figured a family member was sick or had passed. That last tweet seems like it's more along the lines of something he's dealing with personally.
