It's good to know that in Kansas City, you can abuse your kid as long as you can catch a ball and run fast. Fuck Hill.
Of course it’s 3 and out now. Not a good time to miss on a throw for the first time I can recall, Baker.
Why did he try running that the moment he dropped it? He had zero pressure. Kick the damn ball. What a meltdown
Not to mention, kicking and getting it blocked is basically the exact same situation as running and getting tackled anyway so…
Not wild about punting to a nearly unstoppable offense that is in an incredible groove, would rather put it on Baker to convert a 4th and 6. We will see.
Get em in in the postseason. Defense will get better as they play together. Best thing about the NFL is this game means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme.
Shit posting reverse voodoo shit aside, the Browns are a great team that suffered from Mahomes bullshit. Don't think this will be the only time they face eachother this season.
Between the Chubb fumble, PFT Commenter dropping the punt, and Johnson lost in coverage on the 75 yd TD, we made 3 massive mistakes to their 0 in the final 20 minutes and still had the ball at midfield with plenty of time to win. I don’t know if that makes me feel better or worse we didn’t get it done
The only thing I would’ve like to seen was him throwing it away a second earlier than letting the defender get all around his feet. I think he’ll learn that like some of the best, the guy has improved every year it seems like.
I definitely feel better about this team. Mahomes, Kelce, and Hill are amazing but I thought we looked like the better team today. Hopefully Wills is fine.
bummed about the loss, but expecting the browns to win an opening day game is like expecting your deadbeat dad who abandoned you while you were still in the womb to show up for your high school graduation think the team is as advertised and this is as tough a test as we'll face this season. really excited to see how it plays out. and last throw aside (which i hope was an attempted throwaway) i was really impressed with how sharp baker looked
The stadium is by far the loudest I've ever been in. Everything else about the game day experience at Arrowhead is an awful, disorganized mess.
It was 95 degrees and they ran out of water in the second quarter. It took two hours to get out of the parking lot after the game.
The people were generally pretty nice but everything in this city feels like a generic version of reality. Everything logistically is one degree more difficult than it should be. Also, really bad drivers.
