honestly just pick a plan and stick to it. if you want ease of mind get your hands on a parking pass now or be patient and get one on gameday (just look around and follow signs and be patient). If you want free parking and dont mind walking just come in to downtown and find a side street between Easterly parkway and beaver ave
17 is Temple transfer Arnold Ebiketie and he has been really good. No one else really scares anybody as a pass rusher. We will bring a lot of blitzers. Secondary is probably the best we have ever had, which isn’t saying that much but we have some dudes there. Brisker the main one
True Aubren Men have belts in all 3 of our schools colors and plan them accordingly when planning gameday attire. Your white-out. Your white-belts. Basic stuff
Flying out to Pittsburgh tomorrow and then hitting up the Pirates game on Thursday afternoon to check out PNC. State College for Friday and Saturday, back to Pittsburgh for the Steelers - Raiders game, fly out Monday. RIP to my liver.
After the Pirates game, grab a beer or make dinner reservations on Mount Washington overlooking downtown. It’s not hipster chic or anything like that, but it’s one of Pittsburgh’s really unique features. This is the Grandview Saloon.
I haven’t been up there in a while, 10-15 years. That’s all that’s left? Your recommendations are a lot more fresh than mine. I always thought the city at night from Mount Washington was unique. Lived in Pittsburgh 4 years and always took out of town people up there.
Warhol Friday during the day, we've got a big dinner scheduled Friday somewhere and then the post-rehearsal party.
Recent practice reports indicate that our true freshman running back can squat 600lbs and voluntarily does extra reps on stadium drills. Considering this news coming on the heels of his record setting performance against Alabama State, I really don’t see how Auburn loses this game.
Need to adjust the algorithm for this new data point. Not sure how much it will off set Bo’s dog shit road record.
Old City, I think. We’re staying on Market and N 3rd. Pretty close to some historical areas my wife wanted to visit.
I think they’re pretty similar guys. It’s hard to really know what we have in Bo right now. He’s shown big improvements in some areas where he was awful, which IMO was much more a product of Gus and his offensive scheme. But will those improved habits continue in this crazy environment or will he revert back to bad Bo. Cilfford seems a bit like Bo in that he’ll take risks and make plays but could also make a bad decision from time to time.
depends how far you're willing to walk, but your closest best bet is Sonny's on 2nd & Market. it's good, not my favorite. if you're willing to walk about a mile, go to DiNic's in the Reading Terminal Market on 12th and Filbert. if you're willing to get in an uber or something, John's Roast Pork on Front & Snyder is arguably the best spot in the city if you're looking for either a roast pork or cheesesteak.
it’s not so much that clifford takes risks that turn out poorly, it’s more that he just makes bad throws and poor reads. Not so much that he makes many plays either more that we have weapons that can make plays
Clifford's other big thing is that he has no feel for the pocket. If Auburn can get pressure on him he'll fold like a house of cards. His running ability can be a weapon when he has some space in front of him but it almost never happens from him extending the play when protection breaks down. PSU's key to moving the ball is going to be through patient ground game and quick short yardage passing.
You described last year Bo to a T with this Clifford assessment. Like FadeMe said he hasn’t been challenged yet this year. Our OL hasn’t been tested either so will be interesting to see if bad Bo resurfaces and how he handles a challenging pocket.
Think it’s going to come down to the Penn St D line vs Auburn O line and the previously aforementioned poise of Bo Nix. You will get your sacks. If we can’t establish a run game and put it all on Bo, that’s not a good sign. If he shits his pants like just about every previous road game he’s played, Auburn is in big trouble. Don’t think the Penn St offense will score a ton of points on the D, though.
Shit was good. I went sweet peppers because I was worried about hot being too hot. Kinda regret that.
