There is a FB post in which her Uncle document her last known whereabouts. It looks like the family is trying to make sense of the timeline. On the top it lists August 12th, it says Domestic reported. It looks like there was some kind of domestic violence incident, and then Brian returned to FL for a few days (17-23). I think that's why her mom sounded unsure about the status of their future relationship. I really hope she's okay, but that doesn't sound good. Feel free to DM if you want a picture/proof/a link. I just don't want his page to get spammed.

8/12: Domestic reported 8/17-8/23: Brian went to Fla (I interpreted it as him returning to FL with the van and remaining there, sometime between those dates, but idk) 8/24: Left hotel in SLC 8/25: In Grand Teton, WY (facetime with mom) 8/27: Told a friend through SnapChat she is heading to Yellowstone 8/30: Last text from "her phone" saying, "No service in Yosemite" note adds "was it her??"

 

So it’s actually possible he left her alive and returned to Florida?

 

Or killed her and was using her phone.

 

If that were accurate wouldn't he just say that?

Gotcha, just to nitpick, the right to silence is derived from the 5th, not the 4th or the 1st. The 4th only factors in determining wether or not the police have an affirmative duty to advise you of the right.
