Can someone clear up this internet sleuth post for me? 1)I scrolled through the Playlist and didn't notice anything odd 2)is this timelines in any way accurate? Seems like it lays out she FaceTime her mom after the guy was in Florida, which makes no sense.
the spotify playlist is people reading way too much into shit. Who the fuck knows what type of music they listened to while driving/chilling.
I feel like the prior domestic call really fucks him over no matter what scenario he tries to use. Maybe not enough to get him convicted alone but certain makes him look worse if he claims she fell off a cliff or something like that. I think that would be my course of action though. Take her body up somewhere high enough to push it off. Then immediately come down and call the police and claimed we were hiking and she slipped and fell. Or she was trying to take a selfie and fell (ive seen a few of those stories lately). And then just lean on reasonable doubt. All of that is assuming there isnt other evidence that tells a different story to start with.
Her mom has this really weird quote about that prior incident: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...volving-missing-van-life-woman-boyfriend.html
Even if that's the case, I wouldn't call that irrelevant to a disappearance a few days later. Just bizarre.
Quite the opposite. If my daughter beat up a guy a few days before she disappeared and he drove home without her and didn't tell anybody, I'd be screaming from the mountain tops that it could be an incredibly relevant motive for him.
This guy is either the DUMBEST murder ever, or they are very dedicated to becoming famous. Best case scenario is they staged this to get famous and the girl is just camping out somewhere. They are waiting for this to really take hold on the mainstream media before she walks out of a hotel, holding a banner about the OnlyFans or YoUTube travel doc.
But what if she was yelling "I'm going to Gone Girl you and everyone is going to blame you for my murder!" Did you consider that?
You could simplify it even further. He knows there’s a police report out there on their previous fight. Say she has a bad fall when they’re hiking. Now he knows any explanation that it was an accident will be met with skepticism based on the prior incident. If we’re taking bets, him doing something bad has to be a heavy favorite, but him lawyering-up and refusing interview doesn’t tell us much, IMO.
What is the disease that is blacked out? Looks like it begins with an "a" and has a letter that dips below the line (idk what that's called) like a p or q
I would guess it's post traumatic stress disorder with anxiety. It's later abbreviated as PTSD and anxiety.
Based on other clues, it’s clear the first blanked disease is post-traumatic stress disorder and the second is anxiety. Next line he uses PTSD and anxiety again. Would be my best guess Edit - could also be ADHD and anxiety, and the officer wrote our attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in the first sentence
manic depressive illness is also possible. later in the report Brian said that she had "gone manic" and it is not blacked out.
Maybe she was visiting friends of hers in Palm Springs. Just picked up and left, never bothered to tell us.
bpd and "manic" references are both higher likelihoods of suicide fwiw zero idea if it is bpd though, these cops throwing out all kinds of phrases
Most likely scenario to me is that she was having some sort of episode or got mad at him and he accidentally hurt her.
ptsd with anxiety was my first thought because of the abbreviation, until I saw that he had specifically referred to going into a manic state. which is likely something he would have been very familiar with.
