I didn't inspect them, but I think they are relatively level from when they cut them. If I can get out the grocery store again I'll try to see if I can get some portabellas for the base, if not I'll just prop em up or maybe type them together so they kinda have a big base vs single ones.
I’m going to need something to eat with my first chili batch of the season to go with a Nebraska ass-kicking to Oklahoma tomorrow. Open for suggestions added some beef from insta pot to this guy later. One thing I’ve learned over time, I’m 100% snobby about cooking some ways, but have become way less snobby the last year or so over learning to cook quicker with stuff that I can make work to make good meals. In this case the insta pot did a great stew like meat that is sitting for 24 hours.
that’s done (I was slow on my latest post) but something to accompany it. Probably going to go with ribs but I’m open to whatever.
lol I was lazy (and drunk) and used a ladle that had a bit of Mac and cheese still on it. And by lazy I’m talking REALLY fucking lazy.
