I didn't inspect them, but I think they are relatively level from when they cut them. If I can get out the grocery store again I'll try to see if I can get some portabellas for the base, if not I'll just prop em up or maybe type them together so they kinda have a big base vs single ones.

added some beef from insta pot to this guy later. One thing I’ve learned over time, I’m 100% snobby about cooking some ways, but have become way less snobby the last year or so over learning to cook quicker with stuff that I can make work to make good meals. In this case the insta pot did a great stew like meat that is sitting for 24 hours.
