I'm late to the party, but my dick moved a little bit when Kova hit that ball to Rom for that first goal. What an insane game for Kova.

 

especially when he was saddled for the first half with Saul. Kova hasn’t done well in the past when his partner is playing poorly. I thought he did as well as could be given that circumstance.

Mendy and the 3 CBs were so good in this game. Especially Silva and rudiger but chalobah had a few nice interceptions where he was in the right place. Villa still should have had at least one goal but this team is the closest we have seen to the original mourinho chelsea teams. Not as much in true style of play but in the ruthlessness and determination to win.

with 4 legitimate title contenders, this season has the potential to be the best in league history. Injures can always change things like Liverpool last season but I can’t remember a year where we had 4 teams that I legitimately think could be champions.

 

Glad it will be entertaining because football is ruined.
