Architect: mid-century desert modernism, desert minimalism, and Mediterranean would all be great looks in Nevada Mark Davis: star destroyer
I like that Mark Davis kinda denies he has a man cave in his 15,000 sqft house despite the blueprints labeling a room as man cave.
Doesn't he drive like an hour or something to his barber in some shitbox minivan and people call him humble?
Would you be able to live here with your best friend and get $1M / year? Like, Share, & Tag your Friend if you would!
The median home value in my county is $216,000. $500,000 would get a nice house 5000+ sq ft around here.
I live in a city and don't understand how houses in less desirable parts of the country could be cheaper
Some people call it kidding but yeah living in NY is pretty depressing in terms of what you get for your $$ housing wise. Been looking for a new house for over a year at this point
$25 million and you get a stacked washer and dryer laundry room/bathroom? And that kitchen is fucking terrible. Ohh. But it's on the water?........ yea, but your water access is fucking terribly overgrown and unsuitable for swimming
my brother is looking at a UWS apartment. 750 SF listed for 850k. It was “updated” about 3 years ago but not crazy finishes or anything, just not gross anymore. That’s also very low compared to precovid numbers. I’m in the suburbs which was still already expensive but covid blew up the pricing here
Say what you want, but the person had enough class to not hang their tv above the fireplace, but to the side
I could swear I've infiltrated that place dozens of times. 210mm is the asking price and the henchmen don't even have NVGs? FOH
