The round earth conspiracy is pushed by the Mercator family and I'm glad its being looked into finally.
Kyrie is a flat earther anti-vax lunatic but won't stop countless people being like oh but he donated to charities you simply can not criticize the guy. The guy that is that one friend who started smoking weed and watching random youtube videos and is now convinced he has unlocked the secrets of the universe
from a basketball perspective, Kyrie is absolutely my favorite player to watch. he makes the game look effortless in a way few players can. just tremendous economy of motion in everything he does. it’s really a beautiful way to play. however with Kyrie the person, he’s totally in the wrong. He has the chance with his platform to do so much good, and it’s just weirdo conspiracy theories. sigh…
Guessing one belief is pretty predictive of the other these days. Especially flat earth. That's like the nadir of conspiratorial stupidity.
I understand the intent of this thread but calling a man that is half Sioux ‘off the reservation’ is offensive for other reasons.
I think this is a bit unfair after all, being forced to answer innocuous questions from the star-ledger beat reporter makes him akin to all of our greatest civil rights heroes
I know what the answer is but I always wonder if those "natural remedies" people have ever picked up a non-fiction book about a person or time period before like 1920.
Does the EPL have any high profile athletes being difficult about this or is this only an American thing
I mean it's the NBPA that is fighting a mandate. allowing 10% of your membership to put their foot down over this public health issue is kinda crazy to me.
The PA isn't going to do anything that makes any of its constituents upset. The only way that would change is if a civil war broke out inside the PA that became so public the leadership had to act in some way. And even then, I doubt they'd give in here.
Granit Xhaka is the only one I can think of who never got vaxxed it was a big deal for like 5 minutes because he caught covid playing for the national team. Mind you Arsenal was trying to sell him in the offseason then turned around and gave him a contract extension... He's an idiot, but the FO are dumb too.
I assume there are enough who aren’t vaxxed but being vaxxed is less of a requirement in Europe overall so it doesn’t surface as much.
Think this is more about Durant giving them his blessing than the team. I think the team would have always wanted to do this.
