Pritchett kid Josh Newberg Posted on 18 hrs, V I P, User Since 196 months ago, User Post Count: 70698 18 hrsVIP 196 months 70698 I checked with a source close to his recruitment this afternoon and was told FSU still feeling good about their chances. Today: Flipped his CB to Bama 7/10 confidence
If I could add one player to our D this year, it's Jordan Davis. That's with guys like Hamilton and Thibodeux out there. That type of guy in the middle makes a 3-4/2-4-5 tick.
Yeah, saw that. He talked to Watts a couple hours later and was in the same thread on the, "there may be something to the Bama smoke. Kid was going to FSU if the JSU game didn't happen imo.
When he's healthy like this year it honestly changes the entire defense. Getting him and Wyatt back was enormous. Our DL coach still can't recruit them but he can develop them.
It's just scheme, honestly. We have the same problem, except we don't develop them either. It's hard to convince a guy to come in and eat 2-3 blocks for your LB'ers to take all the glory when they can go to an OSU and rack up stats in a 4-3.
Just TeeDee . He seems to follow recruiting more than anyone else so I cant really argue against it. But... he's been dominant this year, and especially against other national teams who have much more talent than his
I thought he looked great against Bosco. I'm weird with recruiting, man. Some years I don't even follow it at all (I learned about Tua in spring practice in 2017), then some I keep up with it closely around summer/the season. The whole covid thing probably has a lot to do with that.
Kinda ridiculous to say we don’t develop then given Q and Barmore’s progressions in the program. I just think we’ve missed on most of our big fish in the past few classes.
We got really lucky with player development too. Bunch of kids that put in the work. On a side note what are the early returns on Dallas Turner?
They’ve been positive though he’s seem very limited action thus far. It’s just a matter of time for him, though.
That's fair. I think that part of it comes from that "historic" 2019 class whose top two guys ended up transferring, and Young/Eboigbe/Dale all being a bit underwhelming. Alfano would probably be huge for us right now if he didn't have his own personal demons nobody was aware of, probably himself included.
The BG guy I want is Zachariah Branch, Zion's little brother. Kid looks like Waddle 2.0. Whoever gets Zion is getting a hell of a package deal.
Feel like we're just getting a courtesy visit with them for the LSU game. Their interest in playing in the SEC seems... not high.
Zion seemed all but committed coming off his OV, but since then he’s been to USC 954,853 times and our defense has been a train wreck. We’ll see, but the Trojans seem to have all the momentum.
This kid is really damn good, not at the level Dart was last year but he’s going to be a stud for I guess ole miss now that Helton is gone https://247sports.com/player/devin-brown-46084902/
I don't really think it matters at this point, he's very likely going to Florida. Unless they randomly dropped Evers or Evan falls out with their family, that's a done deal imo.
A Northwest Indiana school sending a football player to Michigan is unique- not sure it’s ever happened in my lifetime.
