Can someone explain the “Vegas Zone” to me? Bill says Vegas assigns 5 or 5.5 lines when “they’re not even sure what to do with the line”. Isn’t 5 pt line mean Vegas thinks 1 team is 5 points better than the other, +/- whichever team has home field?
it's not near a regular scoring number so Bill calls it that because in his opinion they split between 3 and 6/7 and see where the action pushes the line. Most of their guesses they kind of go from around 3 to around 7.
