I’ve got a pork shoulder on the PK for pork green chili and a duck on the kettle for dinner. Never done pork green chili before. Pretty excited!
Got the pork through the stall and added it to the green chili goodness that’s been simmering on the stove for the past couple hours. Duck is getting close too.
Fucking internet surfing, looks like I am buying one of these now…. Cool way to have a pellet grill if you already have a Weber. Anyone have any experience? https://www.spidergrills.com/
We have 2 Weber kettles. While my wife would say something about a new grill/smoker, she will never even notice another grill accessory.
Wife said she wanted stuffed chicken breasts I said what do you want to stuff them with? She said "stuffing" So here we have it, Thanksgiving style stuffing in chicken breasts
Yes. A case a bit more than 100#. I've seen cases with 7-8 butts, and some at same weight with 10 or more.
I agree. What is even more exciting is to be off work, at home, drinking and generally fucking off, WHILE cooking. Tomorrow will be a good day.
I like them all. Proportion is everything. Purely from a BBQ standpoint, it's nice if they are all about the same weight. You already know all this. Good part of a big cook is that once it is all pulled/mixed, it will hide a dry/small one.
