Old thread is archived so posting here. I just had some Chicken Express spicy tenders and fried okra with a roll
BD's next fast food chicken review: Had Church's bourbon black pepper chicken with mashed potatoes & gravy and a honey butter biscuit for lunch
Tried it twice. First time was OK. 2nd time was garbage. Asked for "spicy" both times and did not get my jalapeños.
The sauce is way too sweet. Updated spicy chicken sandwich rankings (official): Popeye’s Taco Bell Burger King KFC CFA Zaxby’s
It’s legitimately good. The chicken is small, but replacing the pickles with jalapeños is genius. Shit’s good.
I’m sorry but it appears that both of you have missed the part where the rankings I posted were official. Your individual opinions do not matter in the face of the rigid scientific measures in place to arrive at these 100% factual results.
So BK is that good eh? It looks good but BK fucking sucks at everything so I've been extremely skeptical.
And yet BK regularly puts out human dogfood and Popeyes is generally tasty. Really makes a guy wonder how that's possible.
I too was skeptical as heck but the standard chicken was very tasty. Would have opted for the spicy but it appeared to be dipped in whatever sauce and somewhat wet, if that makes sense.
I tried the spicy and didn't find it to be wet. But I would imagine this probably varies wildly between locations.
Yea I'd fuck with that. Id probably have the fries on the side though. Bread looks on point too. I don't like super thick bread, I like when it's thin and just a vessel to hold my meat. NOLA can't be touched.
I didn’t know that’s a thing but I wood. Edit: I just googled it and yes I will try that. I may get me a Popeyes sandwich today and have a go at it.
