PFF strikes again Malik heisman and Sark COY I like the concept of the site but most have Kyrie brains
My excitement of getting Thibodeaux would immediately go away if we took Howell with our other 1st rd pick...
Not at all, he is not going to be the answer at QB and you take him rd 1 you stuck with him a couple years. Much rather take someone else and take a QB the following year. Better qb available the next year and we have 2 1st rd picks again
you sound pretty ungrateful for someone who gets to watch the greatest OL prospect since Anthony Munoz
looks like a bad injury by kyle hamilton injured something sliding out of bounds on a tackle and gets carried off with no weight on his right leg
bell doesn’t seem that good to me. If he is the second best this draft is shit, I am talking about bell from Purdue
Good athlete with wiggle, is so fluid in and out of breaks, great catch radius. Not sure what you consider his knocks but feel free to chime in on them.
lack of top end speed, not very physical, lack of size. He will be destroyed by big corners, he won’t beat a fast corner
I would point to the history of Purdue WR’s putting up eye popping stats in college and not doing dick in the pros
He’s 6’2” and will run in the 4.5s likely. His breakout age is 18, 30% target rate and 44% Dominator rating. Those are all very impressive metrics.
Ugh… so guys who played in the 80s and 90s sucked in the NFL so he’s going to suck? Rondale Moore seems to be doing just fine
Have seen two mock drafts that have Corral going to the Saints - is this actually a thing or complete nonsense?
Or this - which is comical on many fronts https://www.foxsports.com/stories/nfl/2022-mock-draft-ole-miss-qb-matt-corral-shoots-up-the-board
aka, basically my madden game, just doing inbreaking routes, sacrificing my receivers and throwing absolute bullets
Had to scroll so far on the recent mock drafts to find the Bengals I legitimately thought they forgot them.
Probably not but at least 3 front offices will talk themselves into some combination of Pickett, Corral, Howell or Willis because they are a team that needs a QB.
Pickett and Corral are definitely worthy of the first round. They might not be good enough to get by on a terrible franchise that will pick in the top 5, but they are really good. This isn't an EJ Manuel/Geno Smith class, far from it. Willis is worth a first if you can afford to sit him for a year. Unlike every other time that idea is mentioned, it's actually important with him.
I was in on Corral early in the season, but I'm kind of worried about the beating he's taking with the ridiculous number of carries he's gotten during SEC games.
