Lynn called good games earlier this season, but he’s been trash as of late. Of course, it doesn’t help that Goff is not an NFL caliber starting QB any longer, but this is bad.
Regardless of whether Goff is healthy or not, at some point if this is the level of confidence you have in him you have to at least try someone else.
Was just about to say this. At what point does this fall on Campbell? You can't play a qb who's such a liability that you can't even run the offense, no matter how much you're paying him.
The Steelers have somehow found 21 completions for Rudolph with a not very good WR group. We've got 200 yards rushing and can't find any room to throw a pass for more than 5 yards. I don't get it. Blough isn't the answer in any way, but there has to be something better than what we're getting right now from Goff and this passing game.
We've been playing for a tie for the last hour. Only 10 more minutes to go. Thankfully, Tomlin has been doing the same thing.
Tough to win when your QB and kicker have the yips. Especially when your coach refuses to bench said QB.
Like, Kaep wasn’t great his last season in the league, but he’s better than any QB in this game. Let’s sign him.
I want Campbell to succeed, but at this point Goff was only in there because Campbell doesn't want to hurt his feelings. And that's just not acceptable if you want to be a HC. His performance and these sacks are just an embarrassment.
