Do you think the next HC will have any impact on Slovis staying or is it a sure thing at this point. Dart is a really talented kid so maybe its time to move on regardless of the hire.
Slovis only threw the ball to London, I mean I get but don’t see a way he’s back regardless of the coach
You guys don't really "need" anything. I'm sure Kirby would process some 4-star toiling away on your bench for a potential 1st or 2nd round pick.
Think we will end up having 3 transfer portal spots. Maybe 4. Edge for sure a priority. Safety would be next. Then WR. Then add in Ohio State was linked with trying to get Ricks to transfer earlier this year. I get Ricks wanting to play on our defense. Just not what all the circumstantial evidence points to. That's all Ive got.
Hopefully you're right. We have some really talented Freshmen and some good 22's, but we have no one proven outside of Denzel Burke returning
Shorter, slower version of his brother, became a cancer once he started complaining that he wasn’t getting touches (which is because our QB stinks and can’t read the field). We all agreed he should get more targets but him complaining about it on social media, then his dad chiming in as well, wasn’t a great look.
Cares more about building a brand than catching a football. REALLY good at fair catching punts with 20 yards of wide open space.
I would do disgusting things for someone who would catch a punt instead of letting it roll inside the 3 every time
Lose about 700yds in a season from letting punts bounce and youll beg for someone who will fair catch punts.
I really think sometimes our guy will watch it bounce on the 20 just to see how close to the goal line they can get it
Also the next requirement is fair catching kickoffs instead of fielding them on the 2 and only getting to the 20.
this was actually talked about on SNF last night. there are so many penalties (plus possibility of muffs/fumbles/ball rolling for worse field position) that it might just be better to fair catch everything that's probably especially true in college, where offense >>> defense
