If this isn’t handled correctly it will be remembered as one of the worst miscarriages of justice in American history.
Thanks. Either that was a very early narrative or I'm misremembering it. Haven't been following this trial at all bc it should be an open and shut case
Exactly. Had a medical malpractice case and every day of the trial, a different member of the County Commission sat with the Defendant doctor's family. It was incredibly frustrating.
They have white people on video also snooping around the construction. I go into open houses that are being built in my neighborhood. But also we have the sworn testimony from Travy McMurder* that says he recognized his haircut from what he saw on video. *nearly two years later with countless hours to stare at the videos
Yea when we were building our house, we went through dozens of houses to steal structural and design ideas. Never thought twice about it. Id walk around back to find an open door and then go to front and let wife in. Several neighbors have told us they did the same in ours and stole our idea of expanding rhe pantry. I don't think it's uncommon at all. If he were white, they never would have cared.
I didn’t catch if the even attempted to identify or called cops on these people doing the same thing at that house
Bryan not guilty on malice murder and first felony murder. Guilty on other felony murders and all but 1 assault/imprisonment
Whew thank fucking God. Pretty sad we had to all hold our breath when it was on video but at least they got this one right.
that is a stupid stupid question and I hope whoever answers it for you is very detailed so you can grasp it
So dad and son will spend the rest of their lives in prison and the other guy will get 20 something years or what? Guilty of any count of felony murder seems bad
Summary: Travis McM 9/9 guilty Greg McM 8/9 guilty, not guilty of malice murder William Bryan 6/9 guilty, including 3 felony murder. Not guilty malice, felony murder #1, and one assault.
