keep that fucker in the fridge, do a very traditional method, and have yourself Turkey sandwiches for the next few days. it’s a turkey, so many ways to do it and throwing it away is insane amount of wasted food that many people would kill to have.
I told my turkey that I'm sorry but sacrifice is sometimes necessary for the greater good. I don't know if it adequately prepared him. He is very stupid.
Well it’s in the dumpster so the feral cats can have at it now. I’ll be eating delicious other turkey than that fucking thing for the next week.
Just getting here, but you didn't have to lay it out flat to before cooking it, weirdo. Fold that bitch up and cram it in the fridge.
Got up at 5:30am, took the turkey out of the brine got the smoker prepped birds all lathered up in my homemade rub On the smoker as of 6:45am, 2nd cup of coffee poured LFG
Hoss Bonaventure you should probably calm down and relax a little with your recent heart issues and all
Yeah I’m trying. I don’t have the opportunity to relax in my life and it’s most likely going to kill me.
I can’t think of a time I get to relax. I’m either working or dealing with a 5 alarm fire from my wife or kid. I never get to just have a few seconds without some emergency disaster situation. My wife doesn’t help at all and adding in her high drama family to the mix literally gave me a goddamn heart attack. It’s why I cancelled Christmas. Her entire family was going to come stay with us and it would put me in a coffin dealing with those fucking people. Of course my wife blames me and not her shit terrible hilljack family for stressing me out.
Picked up a smoked one from our local bbq food truck bc I didn’t want to fuck with cooking it. Making a ham too so this frees up some cooking space
Yeah its going to blow peoples dicks off. Im still debating about opening the 2004 can of Cougar Gold, I think I have enough cheese without it. You will also see the 2019 World Cheese Champion Rogue River Blue in there…
Humboldt Fog is hands down my favorite cheese. They way they make it is pretty wild too and unique in cheesemaking
