Pretty similar to college. We couldn’t shoot for shit. He was a great shooter in college and his form still looks fine. My guess would be that he’s coming off injury and it’s a lot of run compared to college. Would think the shot should come around.
I can't imagine any nba teams shoot anywhere near the amount of shots a foot or two inside the 3 point line as the Pistons do

Yea Cade snows flashes of being the guy (ignoring his 2nd half tonight). But weavers other picks are not really panning out. Weaver isn't without blame But this team basically doesn't run an offense, a ton of mid range jump shots on one on one ball. His substitution schedule is so rigid too, takes guys out when they are hot, leaves guys in too long who are getting destroyed just because it's what he does every game. That stuff is on Casey
How can you not blame Weaver at this point? The team fucking sucks. Unless his rebuild plan is to get like 4 top 3 picks in a row like Avila.
The Plumlee trade was weird and I think it made them worse, but part of the reason it looks so much worse is because they signed Olynyk to replace Plumlee and get more shooting, and Olynyk has been injured for a month.
Grant is an offensive black hole. Ball goes to him and he is shooting 80% of the time, even if he can't beat his man he will just shoot a contested long mid range shot with 10 seconds left on shot clock
Agree with all of this but every game I watched last year was close until the last 3 minutes when Plumlee would foul out. I draw my conclusion of why this years team is worse based only on this observation
