Riley hit .226 his rookie year with 18 homers and a .750 OPS. Basically a replacement level player. Pache was hitting 1 fucking eleven with four extra base hits in 68 ABs.
Exactly Riley has hit everywhere. Pache cannot hit big league stuff. He’s worse than Mallex albeit still young
Don't recall mentioning Riley as a prospect. Pache on the other hand may one day make it but the team sure got better without him on active roster.
People will look back in 20 years in awe that they got the chance to play with or against BHB truly ahead of his time
Everything about the World Series was great. BUT! How much more satisfying you it have been if Ron Darling had to call the games?
Definitely still wearing out the 30 minute versions of the NLCS and WS videos. Even though there’s about 2 ads per game, don’t even care
Braves twitter posted the clip of Dansby and Soler back to back the other day. Listened to just the audio twice in a row because of how good it is.
If Dansby can hit one more World Series homerun he would tie Jeter and Correa for most ever World Series homeruns from a shortstop.
My Caps made a full playoff video series for each series leading up to the Stanley Cup, and I would kill for the Braves to do one like it. After the Caps won I think I watched all 4 vids every day for months.
I disagree. Canha gets on base but he doesn’t do a lot of damage and has I think one year over .780 OPS and he’s 33 and a bad defender. The Marte deal is annoying though.
mets could sign ronnie and freddie and corbin in addition to what they've done already and i wouldnt worry because at the end of the day they're still the same losers they've always been
Among NL teams he's had at least 10 starts against, Scherzer's ERA against the Braves is the 2nd-highest behind only the Rockies.
If I’m the Mets I’m probably more worried that he chose to come to them and why the Dodgers didn’t at least try harder to keep him.
