Heupel. He didn't have quite the big history with OU or the big success like Frost had with UCF but he has turned around Tennessee. And the best part is the absolute meltdown Tennessee would have if they lose him. Prepare to see Gruden be offered 200 million.
Heupel was undefeated at UCF(until the bowl game) his first season at UCF. It starts fine and get worse every year.
Tenn was 7-5 and got the shit kicked out of them by Emory Jones, I wouldn't say he has "turned them around" yet
I was shocked to hear of USC’s illegal activities that will result in them getting the electric chair
Ah, yes. I know I’m always very jealous when I get a better job that pays more and someone else gets paid less to do job I didn’t want to do anymore. Very normal stuff here.
Depends how you look at it. Troy Smith’s athleticism at least was Heisman worthy at the time. Jason White was the CFB embodiment of Uncle Rico. Smith was durable enough to rush for over 1,000 yards in his career. White’s bones were as solid as potato chips.
I look at it as Troy Smith had 2542 passing yards, 228 rushing yards, and 31 total touchdowns his winning year. That’s absurdly pathetic for a Heisman winner. Jason White is kind of an anomaly because his knees had been ripped to shreds over his college career, and everyone knew he wouldn’t be able to hold up on the NFL, but he could read the field and had the arm talent.
So statistically the worst. But it’s all relative because it was good enough to win that individual season. Best player of the worst season is still the best player. If you or NFL teams were drafting players out of the Heisman House, Troy Smith is getting selected before White. And JW would arguably be the last guy drafted. So (stats aside perspective) Jason White is the worst of all time.
Why are you linking winning the Heisman in CFB to NFL potential? I have drank too much to scroll up and see if this is in the original criteria
We need a total and complete shutdown of recruits entering California until NCAA compliance can figure out what’s going on
Troy was excellent that year on what was believed to be the best team at the time of the vote. He didn't play much late in games because we beat most everyone handily. He led an offense that lit up a very good Michigan defense on his biggest stage. What happened in the Natty was bad but it's hard to put a ton of blame on Troy because that UF Defense was on his ass all night.
Is it you or bro that was the Farva disciple? Ignore my insults if it wasn’t you. If it was, go fuck your own face
Wasn’t referring to NFL potential. Simply the best football players. Starting a franchise or just listing them on paper (whatever the reason) if you rank the players instead of the season stat lines, Smith > White. Different way to look at worst Heisman winner is what got us started lol
I feel bad for anyone who believes anything that comes out of the mouth of a coach at a press conference.
Yes, a cash grab for universities that hands out swag bags to players is definitely part of the season and not just a holiday party for the program. It is a fucking meaningless game that players, and coaches, opt out of all the time. OU fans are amazing.

Normally I'd be all for the exodus from Norman to LA, but 666 and 6 TDs? Dude has the mark of the devil on him, pass
We liked Heupel when we went 13-0 before losing to LSU by 8 with a back up QB. the following years we understood our mistakes
Brent Venables has earned some sort of weird post-OU renaissance with Sooner fans. He was all but fired when Bob brought Mike Stoops back. There has got to be some reason why he hasn't been offered a HC gig after all these years. OU can do much better.
Really does seem like he's taking every player and recruit of value with him to USC. Has there been a similar mass exodus in recent years? Jimbo didn't take any recruits with him to aTm Spoiler He stopped recruiting months before and had no one to take
