I woke up to Otis Anderson(one of UCF's star players from 2016-2020) being murdered by his father at 23 years old, then we get a school shooting, and now what Daniel Ocean just posted. FUCK this country
I read an article the other day where two grown men basically executed a 14 year old kid in the middle of the day. They shot something like 36 bullets at the kid and 18 of them struck the kid. Something has to be done to fix our country's gun problem.
But then you'd be robbing those men of their FREEDOM to execute that child and that childs FREEDOM to be executed in such a way. See the nice part about America is your child has the FREEDOM to be murdered at school. You don't get that kind of FREEDOM anywhere else in the world except third world shit holes(most likely these countries are shitholes due to the US spreading FREEDOM) everywhere.
Also I've long given up on the gun issue in the US. Sandy Hook is the main reason, the second reason is that politicians and a bunch of US citizens thought it was a good idea to fucking arm every single teacher to combat school shootings rather than just making guns harder to acquire. That was the big tell we were too far gone and that nothing will ever change short of their being some insane mass casualty event that wipes out a large percentage of people in this country and the right minds end up gaining power after said event.
Yeah, the gun debate ended when our country's politicians (and their voters) decided that 20 1st graders getting murdered is the cost of freedom.
Been saying it for awhile, a fucking lunatic went into a school and killed a bunch of babies and our government did literally nothing. Ain’t nothing gonna change if they got away with that.
wasn't a mass shooting but a AZ High School teenage shot and killed another teenager. He was buying a gun with fake money. Seller didn't like that
Potential Win win here. Gun off the street, shitty teen with gun going to jail. Teen buying gun to probably kill someone out of the picture.
-police said the person in the video knocking on the door when students fled through a window was likely a detective -At least one student stayed home that day because there were threats of a shooting -parents of suspect went into school earlier in the day because he was having behavior issues how does this still happen

you have a parent-teacher conference because of your kid's behavior and you buy him a gun a couple of days before? what do you think a 15 year old needs a gun for, anyways? i hope the parents get 50 years isolation
I don’t think a 15 yo should be tried as an adult even for this. I think the parents (father) should face charges for getting a 15 yo a gun. If the son is being tried as an adult the father needs to be tried for murder.
one of these days, the parents of a victim are going to take it all out on the parents of the terrorist and dare a jury to convict them.
I get your point but I'll take my mugshot any day of the week over that photo on the left. Kid should have been on a watch list from that alone.
lol. That’s not the point. White suspects are often made to look innocent or younger. Pictures that give them the benefit of the doubt are often chosen. That’s not the case for MOC it’s usually pictures that make them look guilty and darker (read scarier) look up photos of white dads that kill their families and see how they are pictured. You’ll notice a trend.
Goddamn that’s terrible. I love how any black kid gets portrayed as some sort of criminal and this fuck gets his pic blasted across media with prayer hands. Fuck this country
I got the point - I was just saying that's a creepy ass photo. I get immediate school shooter vibes from the prayer hands one.
Plenty of reasons to say fuck this country, but the Daily Mail is a British publication known for sensationalism. Every other medium I’ve seen has used the mugshot.
I get real tongue tied when it comes to children who have committed murder. Course that conversation only matters if we reform our criminal justice system. Lol
I gave up on positive change after half the country shrugged its shoulders at a school full of dead 6-7 year olds in Connecticut
Agree. I don’t mean to insult you, but never happening. I should probably arm myself more. And I hate guns.
In America if you're a POC you're a criminal even when you're a victim you're still a criminal. White male mass shooter it's always they were just "misunderstood" or bullied. And damn if every young bladk male who so much as gets in a fight is painted as a fucking animal who belongs in a zoo by every piece of shit news outlet in this fucking country.
Not to say that there's not some truth somewhere in these tweets, but don't believe shit from random twitter accounts.
I mean, maybe the school has some culpability here, but they can't fucking assign detectives to 24/7 monitor every single fucked up kid to make sure he doesn't have parents letting him access guns.
Well that and it seems like a lot of the "warning signs" posted on twitter may not have even been real.
I mean a kid stayed home from school that day because of threats and the suspects parents even went to the school the morning of because of behavior issues. there were warning signs
Maybe, but at this point we don't know what the "behavior issues" were or anything about the threats that made the kid stay home. My larger point, though, is that twitter is chock full of misinformation. Take anything you see/read there with a healthy sense of skepticism, especially when it comes from some random account.
