For a club of their size to lose a guy for free that people were offering good money for 1-2 years ago is a pretty big failure.
It is very important to my longterm mental health that Pepe goes somewhere where he'll play, and not be in a relegation dogfight.
I guess this belongs here. Played very well at the beginning of this season before going down with injury then contracting COVID. Almost never works out when an academy product eschews first team experience in exchange for a potential roster spot on a huge club (see Ryan Sessegnon, Kerim Frei, Emerson Hyndman, etc) but go get that money I guess Fab. The one exception I can think of is Harvey Elliott who was looking great for #Liverpool before his unfortunate injury. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/16612188/fulham-carvalho-transfer-real-madrid/
I meant that they turn down an extension in hopes of ending up at a huge club whether it worked out or not, but you get a like for the Spurs shade anyway
I don’t know enough about the sport to know if it was a coincidence or not or how he would impact it but our defense always seemed more organized and calm in front of him
Before anyone posts Mino’s thirst trap, there’s no chance Bayern pays what they’re asking for Haaland
So what he’s saying is that Pogba is too good for Germany. But not for Bayern! But Bayern won’t pay his wage. But maybe they will!
Not that one. May have been the same interview but he said Haaland was looking at Bayern, Real, Barca and City. I’m sure he’s doing his usual attempt to drive the price up
Where does Martial ultimately end up? My worthless prediction would be a return to Monaco. It seems so strange that there are players like him that peaked as teenagers or in their very early twenties. Injuries sometimes play a role (Götze, Wilshere) Guys like Martial and Dele Alli remind me of students that get put in gifted & talented programs as kids and assume that they will never have to put in as much effort as the rest of the kids.
