Honestly it’s a bunch of good games that are likely in peoples backlogs. Here’s a good summary but I was scrolling through and saw a bunch that were on my radar and never got to
lol yes! I have to be careful what I look to buy now, since several of them are available under Game Pass for PC.
I couldn't give a rip about Halo but there is a ton of great shit on PC Game Pass. If you have the time to do a ton of gaming, you'd definitely find a lot to love in there
lol yep i know the feeling. I'm an editor for a gaming magazine and a Twitch streamer, you'd think I could make time to play, but alas not so much. Even if you get one or two games you love, Game Pass is a great deal, you're just going to find a ton you want to play
Finally got a PS5 from GameStop, so paying for pro was worth it. Did it while catching the train from NYC to Hoboken.
Have to send my PS5 for repairs...hopefully a replacement. Weirdest error I've ever seen. As of 2 weeks ago, it will randomly crash ONLY if I'm playing something online.
Games I played this year (or re-played on PS5). God of War- 9.75 Returnal. 9.5 Hades- 9.5 Re: Village- 9 It Takes Two- 9 (only played first half. Don't start this with a potential significant other. Doesnt end well). 13 Sentinels- 8.75 Disco Elysium- 8.75 Scarlet Nexus- 8.75 Death's Door- 8.75 Guardians of the Galaxy -8.5 Unsighted- 8.5 Nier: Replicant- 8.5 Tales of Arise- 8.25 Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom- 8.25 Kentucky Route Zero- 8.25 Ghost of Tsushima- 8.25 Plague Tale- 8 Kena- 8 Jedi: Fallen Order- 8 The Order:1886- 7.75 Bugsnax- 7.75 Days Gone- 7.75 Tribes of Midgard- 7.5 Maneater- 6.75 Deathloop- 6.5 Battlefield 2042- 6 Oddworld: Soulstom- 4.5 Destruction All Stars- 2.5 (one of the worst games I've ever played)
Loved it, but I enjoyed Scarlet Nexus more because of the combat system. Both were good, but I felt like such a badass stringing combos together in SN
Games was so different. Had a lot of flaws, but I really enjoyed it, especially for one of the first PS4 games.
I guess this might have been covered before but I’m just facing the issue so sorry for bringing it back up again if it has. But is there a way to play a ps5 and ps4 on the same account at the same time? If so is there a tutorial to show what to do?
If they were to make a sequel I would want a lot changed. But the story and setting were very interesting. The gameplay was lacking however. It was damn near on rails.
Yes it is possible. The only restrictions are you have to be playing a PS5 version of a game in order for someone to be online playing your PS4. Had to switch to a PS5 game occasionally when my brother would get online to play. It gives you a notification when it happens
It's been about a year since I gave my PS4 to my brother, but I don't remember having to do anything special.
audrew or anyone else with a kid or anyone who knows what to do. I looked and couldn’t find anything that’s why I am asking in here. My youngest wants to play the ps4 so I put it in her room. We soon learned we couldn’t play at the same time (me the 5 her the 4) so I tried to create a kids account so she could have access PS plus and Now but I can’t find her account on anything other than “family management”. Is there anything I can do besides create a separate account for her? Again sorry for rehashing this if it’s already been covered but I’m literally just dealing with this for the first time now and I looked all over and couldn’t find anything. TIA
I would say just try it, lol. Find a game that has a PS4 and PS5 version, log into your PSN on both consoles, and give it a shot. I honestly have no clue. I know I’ve had 2 different systems going with the same account and I get kicked. Mostly with Destiny, but it’s an online game. I should have read more of the post. I would think creating another account, and sharing/linking should work.
Reading up on it, it seems that you can't both be playing an online game at the same time. You can both be logged in, but only one online game at a time. Daniel Ocean your best bet is probably to create a secondary account on the PS4. Leave your account on there as the primary, and let them play on the secondary. They'll still have access to all game you download from the primary account.
Honestly, I really enjoyed it. I'd be down for another. Wish they would have done more with the hordes, though. Really liked those encounters
What do the Madden fans ITT think about '22? Thinking about picking it up on this sale, haven't owned one in years.
Not a fan but it's dog shit. Don't give EA any money. I tried it at a friend's and it's laughable how little effort they are putting into that game.
It’s bad. I last played Madden 19 and could barely tell a difference between 19 and 22. I bought and played in August prior to football season and wouldn’t touch it now since I can watch actual football.
I feel like people who go this strong on it had their mind made up before turning it on. I haven’t played 22 but the hate for madden is a little overblown. It’s a football game. There’s only so many ways it can go. That said I was pretty disappointed with The Yard. I thought it was going to play closer to nfl street and it doesn’t at all. Kinda a bummer also I gotta think developing working from home for a aaa title that doesn’t get delayed (like many non annual games) didn’t help. I’d cut some slack
