I like what I’m seeing from Baltics. They’re making some really nice looking watches at a great price point (admittedly I don’t know what MSRP was on this.) edit - it sold out on release, but converting currency it was $615
I get not liking the style, but it's really well done. Probably the best Milanese bracelet I've come across.
I wear my OP or BB58 every single night when I get home from work and shower. It’s a great feeling of reward when I’ve been working in scrubs 14hrs straight. Luxury watches and joggers/pajamas. Perfect combo.
Also he texted me that he was chastised about taking a photo even though they both have Pateks so apparently it's fucking Fort Knox
Also, from that video I learned about the @fakewatchbuster community. TL; DR of that page - young rappers rocking fake royal oaks while Lebron and Jay-Z with the Tiffany Nautilus https://instagram.com/fakewatchbuster?utm_medium=copy_link
It's amazing how much you can learn in 30 seconds. This is what I'm drooling over lately. Does anyone know a cool watch store in Manhattan that you can go in with owning a Patek? Omicron willing going on a trip next month.
https://www.patek.com/en/retail-service/authorized-retailers/america/united-states/new-york I'd call ahead, as they might be by appointment only & verify assets
Hello yes Patek hi. I own a digital ape and a diverse wallet of crypto; I’d like to see your watches.
We have plenty of those. All the ones in the link above are great. Would also check out Torneau also - if you happen to be in Grand Central, there’s a cool little watch shop downstairs that has vintage stuff. Worth a quick glance if you’re passing through.
The watches of Switzerland in Hudson Yards has a bunch of “exhibition” Rolex’s that are there for people to try on. Also on 57th and Madison there is the new Bucherer Time Machine store which is beautiful. Really recommend checking that out. There’s a Bucherer/Torneau on Madison and 53rd. Also the individual watch brands are on 5th Ave between 50th and 57th. Some of those places may require a reservation. There’s a Wempe on 5th and 55th. SoHo also has a Watches of Switzerland as well as a few other stores.
Yea I really like that dial. Saw this one a few weeks ago and like it too. It's close to the same color as the GS.
Wanted something different so got an Oris Artelier Complication from 2003. Should arrive soon. Spoiler: Oris
