I'm not interested in paying in to compete, but I want to follow along and post my progress. I started once I posted in the thread on January 8th, so I kinda have a jump start that swings things a bit. https://www.the-mainboard.com/index...oser-2021-part-2.181881/page-10#post-17506558 I have hilarious before pics that I will be more than willing to post once I have my after pics. 42 years old 5"11 228 lbs as of January 8th

I’m in for this. Covid and moving killed my rec sports so need incentive to drop the Covid weight. PM me the deets.
hudson The Hebrew Husker AHebrewToo Odin Daddy Rabbit Owsley Where Eagles Dare These are the only people I have on the start list that are not paid. Let me know if you intend to participate.
In the market for a Bluetooth scale, mine is in the process of shutting the bed. Anyone have suggestions on the $50ish range?
Appreciate everything. Thankfully, I am still under my final weight from the last competition that ended on Labor Day Weekend. I think weightlifting is my main priority right now and not necessarily weight loss. I won't participate this time. But I do want to keep up and hope the thread helps me. It really set the tone for me last summer, and for that I am grateful. Unofficially, I was 193.6 this morning. Breakfast - 1 cara cara orange. 1 cosmic crisp apple. Globs of Greek yogurt
