I keep trying, honestly, to have a generous spirit about them, and realize there are some "good" ones, but there are just so many absolute nutjobs among them
I honestly love the chiropractor for temporary relief from back pain, but any of them who try to do more than that are quacks
They're a major contributor to the strength of anti-intellectualism in the USA, they’ve been given the reputation and bona fides of 7 year doctors while having none of the qualities needed to actually be a doctor and the “profession” is essentially just the remnant of a failed(?) cult movement scam it also seems to bring in just the biggest pieces of shit
Hey maybe time for third party payers to get smart and have some stipulations about coverage for anti-vax dumbassery. Ultimately, I wouldn't want unvaccinated patients to have their covid hospitalization ruin them financially forever, but wouldn't mind if there were some real threat/fear of it. At least put up some red tape that makes them sweat for a few weeks.
not the one he thinks he is making. But, I think the point that individuals that post this meme are attempting to make is that if the vaccine was “real”, insurance companies would find a way to profit from it like they do everything else.
Yeah, I'm really confused. It seems to fall under the accidentally socialist category. His other posts paint a picture of a conservative. This was my response: Spoiler: Response
Think I have a breakthrough case as I have mild congestion and a slight fever. Won’t be able to get a test until at least Tuesday though.
Just entered Thailand today (Phuket sandbox program). Ho-lee fuck. The sheer number of documents, tests, even Thai health insurance required to enter is wild. This is directly compared to UAE, Maldives and Singapore. Thailand checks everything 7x, swab you on arrival as well as after the 4th day. Then your hotel rechecks it all 3 times and makes copies. Very efficient processing at the airport though, lot of workers in hazmat suits speeding everything along
Not exactly a free country so not necessarily surprising that they could have stringent (enforced) systems in place
Wife who had Covid and is now negative woke up last night with what I believe is laryngospasms and which scared us. She was almost about to panic then they stopped allowing her to breathe normal. I’m guessing this is a post covid thing. I thought I was about to have to tracheotomy her (mostly joking)
The EO won't hold up in courts. VA passed a law last year stating the state has to follow CDC guidelines.

I think I am through the worst of it. Wednesday evening and Thursday morning were awful. I woke up feeling great yesterday. Today I am dealing with a slight headache and I've lost most of my taste/smell. I'm still going to go for a run because fuck Covid.
Tested positive today extremely mild symptoms thus far, had my booster a month ago my right shoulder was sore as shit when I woke up, anyone else have that?
Tested positive today. Body ached yesterday and have a slight cough.. nothing else and feel pretty good. No booster. This is my 1st time getting it.
say what you want about ding (prison) but at least he didn’t ignore medical advice and freelance a vaccination schedule like this twitter doctor
lol at him working 18 hours a day on covid so he simply couldn’t find the time to get a life saving vaccine directly related to his work
pperc i don’t want to be webmd patient but I’ve had some friends say their doctors suggested waiting 90 days for their booster. They didn’t receive monoclonal antibodies nor did they have bad symptoms during their breakthrough cases. Everything I’ve read says get it ASAP once you’re better. I suggested a second opinion if possible but was curious if there’s something I’m missing, if ya wouldn’t mind chiming in.
you're only missing that most doctors are fucking stupid and don't keep up with the latest information / guidelines. honestly, the data is sparse and data can argue both ways. it's also context dependent - which vaccines did they gett, did they have delta or omicron (they won't know because mild cases won't get sequenced) but there is no reason to wait 90 days and there is no downside to getting the booster ASAP.
