Or me alone on a golf course filming a vlog of stone creek that Ty Webb likes subscribes and comments on.
.i usually don't need to. Only time I would move a ball without rule is if I could damage a club or myself.
When I was young, I used to play solo a ton because I was grinding to learn the game. Didn't matter who I was paired with, I just wanted the reps. Also, it was a bit of an ego lift to get paired with very average players who would compliment my game. Now that my time is very limited, the idea of a solo round seems wasteful. I'd rather play once a month if it's with friends, as opposed to once a week with strangers. I still practice at least three times a week because the range is .5 miles from my house and that hour is my therapy.
I'm going to attempt to. I had mentioned it to my mother so she bought me a little clip to go on an alignment stick so I need to do some research on one that I could set up quickly. It is fat and ugly like me. Never had the set up before.
It sounds like Na has not actually sped up his play, he had for a period of time, but he was behind all week taking 2 minutes to putt out after everyone else on the green has cleared.
I don’t mind playing solo if it’s a weird time and nobody is on the course. If I’m having to play through people it’s awful and I get the shanks.
I’m a degenerate and have to be playing for something. If I’m playing solo, I just go through the motions
Made the mistake of seeing what my friends putter feels like yesterday. He has one of those odyssey mystery putters that doesn’t have a name. From my understanding they use it as a test putter to base their other putters off of. That thing felt so good and I had some great rolls with it. So today I googled to see if I could find one. Ordered from someone in Arizona and it will be here next week.
ESPN+ is doing us a major disservice by not having the 6'10'' 260 pound South African who averages 370 a drive in their featured coverage this week
Here's the South African guy shooting over 400 yards dead off target and somehow saving par at 9 today lol
I would like to say never but I am a 10 handicap that shot a 72. My only 70's round ever and it was with my normal buddies group on a regular saturday morning. Sometimes you just cant miss.
Hold up. Do I understand this correctly? You're a 10 who has only shot in the 70's ONCE...AND that one time you did shoot in the 70's you shot 72??? That, my friend is crazier than a 6 shooting a 67.
That is correct lol. I have shot a good bit 80,81, 82's and one day this summer with the boys I went out and shot a 72. Only 70's round. Still blows my mind. Didn't lose a ball, didnt duff anything, and it was just all clicking.
Almost unbelievable. If you're a 10 and only broke 70's once you almost have to exclusively shoot between 80-85 every round. Remarkably mediocre consistency lol
I was down to 12 over the summer and never broke 80. Had a couple of sub-40 9s but never finished the drill
I’m sure 60s Brandel was upset about only a 3 iron into the par 5 when a 2 iron was required for a par 4.
I'd say on my home course of Stone creek I'm usually 75-85. With my low round being a 71 for a -1 but my lowest round was 70 on a par 70 course. I don’t trust nor post what my current ghin is because I don’t usually post bad rounds because if I’m playing poorly by myself I’m going to drop a couple extra balls to work on things. Which I need to stop doing.
So I had mentioned with a bonus from work I was considering getting a new driver. Spoiler Originally I was going to go get fit at club champion like all my other clubs. However, I haven’t played since I sprained my wrist in Vegas. So ruled that out because I’m not in good swing shape. I’m pretty averse to purchasing anything from eBay but the b/s/t forums on thp/msg/gwrx I’m good with. I decided that I’m just a titleist guy at heart. So I decided to traverse the forums to see if I could find a TS head or TSI head for a good deal and could just trade them out. So I talked with some people but really it was just TS heads for about $50 more than I’d want for a 4yo head( too be fair I got a 4yo 913d2 head for $20 one time so I’m broken) . This lead me to start seeing if I could find anyone selling TSI drivers and talk them just into the head. I then talked with a titleist fitter who said if I’m playing a 917d2 the natural transition for me would be the TSI2 and that based on my current shaft to go with the Mitsubishi tensei av blue raw sfw. So I went to my golf spy read their reviews, was very pleased. Watched Rick Schiels and didn’t deter me. Was potentially going to see if I could find a discount or deal somewhere. But then I went to golf galaxy and the had the head shaft combo I wanted so they took my money. Good thing though I was able to triple my points on the purchase so I’ll be getting $50 back in reward dollars.
Playing in the Valspar Pro Am again so if anyone wants tickets to the actual tournament just let me know. Yes, Jigga I know you hate the tournament and don’t want them.
Not sure who tron is, but pretty much. I don’t know I don’t really play to score, I play more for par. So everything I’m hitting has the next shot planned off of it. If that makes sense. Kind of like a service academy offense.
I haven’t been able to fly regularly since March 2020 so I’m aware things may have changed in that time frame but Soly going to bat for American is so on brand for him
are you talking about the Trap Draw Airports 2.0 episode? Everyone comes in Delta Delta Delta then he's like American is great...then has to admit CLT (an American hub) is the woat airport.
