Joe got sacked 9 times yesterday. He got 2 in week 17. Hoping for big things out of him and the rest of the DL
will be in town next weekend wheres the best pork tenderloin sandwich, my old favorite spot in Lees Summit is gone, Johnny Rays is ok but I imagine there's a better one to scratch that itch. also might try and hit Harp BBQ near my grandmas but imagine every goon from cinci who googles for ten seconds going to be there saturday morning.
was on the phone with my parents during the whole end of the game just by coincidence, they have youtube TV so were 15-30 seconds behind my feed. knowing my mom was going to lose her mind ahead of time multiple times was hilarious. she's a crazy fan.
When you’re loading something and the bar just kind of stops and you slowly realize it’s never moving again.
Kitty’s Cafe on East 31st Street has a good pork tenderloin, I’ve only had it once though. You could potentially be okay with Harp BBQ because besides Crane Brewing being right at the same spot, there’s nothing else really out there that tourists would flock to (no offense Raytown lol).
You aren’t kidding. Holy shit. The last two games I went to were this one obviously and the Texans playoff game in 2020. Mahomes is a God.
I just saw for the first time that DO’D was in the center of the field for the final Bills TD. Like what were we even doing with him on the field on 4th and the game? Looking at it again it looks like he lined up to rush outside. What?
Popping in to take my lumps and say congrats. Mahomes is other worldly. Congrats on another shot at a super bowl under Reid, who I think is the best coach in the league. Sucks to be on the losing end and seeing a chance at our first super bowl slip away, but hopefully one day I can look back at it for the awesome game it was.
if anyone remembers what was in the Smoke Brewing building prior to that I'll give you my eternal (temporary) gratitude. was a brewery then too but had the GOAT tenderloin sandwiches.
Last night was a one in a million sort of thing like the Colts winning after being down 28-0 at the half. The Bills will get there eventually.
my older brother (a now-Titans fan who grew up in Nashville and intelligently quit on the Bills after the music city miracle) texted me the same thing after the game. In a way, it sure seems like he is the type of player that will inevitably win one. On the other hand, we are the Bills. And nothing is certain in football with injuries and coaching turnover. I appreciate the sentiment.
I guess we at least kept him away from other teams that might have made use of him. But the bigger news is that Saunders is back. I like him a lot.
Tiger Stadium is a hell of a lot larger than Arrowhead, so he's not wrong there. The total tooth count is probably about the same though.
According to this we still own https://247sports.com/LongFormArtic...ls-10-loudest-stadiums-120896835/#120896835_3 What are the odds he shows up with the taped ear holes next week?
I was okay with a second watch. Fucking love Kelce and his football smarts. Guy just knows how to read a defense. Always finding holes in zone.
One of these showed up at my house last night. My wife apparently ordered it for me. Looks like it shipped on Monday night. They work quick. https://www.raygunsite.com/collections/homepage-collection/products/andy-reid-grim-reaper I guess it’s our new “do we have time to run wasp?”
another local shirt shop did their own version https://www.goodneighborshirtco.com/product-page/the-grim-reaper-tee-men-s
