Maybe you should just go back to wherever it is you came from where the people are obviously much more cultured then us Texans
My wife has cut El Tiempo from our options completely after our trip to the woodlands location in December. Had to send back the margaritas three straight times because they were so awful and all the food was over cooked. And to top it off we got Covid from the wait staff(we know it was from there because we had been off from work in our house for the whole week prior).
I wondered what happened Went a few months and thought maybe they had scaled the menu back since covid/supply chain issues or something
They’re big trump people so I doubt they were very stringent on protocol in Montgomery county especially
I've eaten at a bunch of Hugo's restaurants but never actually been to Hugo's, so I could be off, but I always thought it was a more formal place that restaurants like El Tiempo/Ninfas/Pappasitos
Texas weather below freezing with ice/sleet/snow on Thursday-Saturdayish 65-70 degree sunny highs on Tuesday-Wednesday
50% of the snow was gone by Friday evening. 98% was gone by Saturday afternoon. But the 2% is still hanging strong here on Wednesday afternoon.
Did we already have the conversation on if this area is considered the Museum district? I see people call it that but I've never seen it that way. Between the original Dak and Bop, the weird absinthe bar and Danton's around the corner on Montrose, I used to spend a bunch of time and $ in the area. At least Grand Prize Bar is still there
It's also where I learned that if you order $20 worth of beef ribs, that gets you one (1) beef rib. Back when Pappa Charlie's had a BBQ truck parked in front of the patio bar that Pit Room now runs.
It’s borderline I guess. Not sure what I’d call it to be honest. Generally I just say around montrose and people get the gist.
It used to be on my short list of places to move, now politicians have me at a point where it’s less shitty to stay in fucking Indiana.
Feels like our politicians just use that right wing watch site that spliff posts to decide how to control state resources
It is the blandest Tex-Mex my mouth has ever had. Don’t know if that makes it dog food but does not make it great. My in-laws have it in the regular rotation with Olive Garden & Texas Roadhouse.
