No doubt. Talking with my friend, I wondered where the tipping point is for his generals and especially the oligarchs, when the fear of what they stand to lose by opposing him becomes less than what they would lose by not stopping him.
That’s why I put up the article, since so much misinformation is out there. If it’s a fake, thanks. I’m just randomly cruising other news sources right now.
I'm hearing the Ukrainians are dipping their bullets in pork fat because the Chechens are Muslim. That shit is ice cold.
It's very shit that the right wing chuds will love, but I guess if it motivates them in this situation....
Yeah that Azov battalion. I re-read my post and it seems that I am glorifying it, which I'm not. I think it's disgusting
Romania has 24 SM-3’s as part of the aegis ashore program. Poland is close to operational but not quite. Those sites will protect rest of Europe from MRBM’s that would be required to carry nuclear payloads (hence why we put them there). Those do nothing of course for Ukraine. THAAD is in Romania too but same deal, that’s protecting Romania. Iron Dome was an ideal scenario for Ukraine due to proximity to Russia and it’s pretty cost effective for a huge raid. Here is an old but useful graphic of our BMD layered defense.
Again, I'm sick as hell with Covid right now, trying to stay awake after taking some Nyquil. I apologize for any confusion on my part, I think it's gross
Did you not see any of the circlejerk anti Muslim talk during the last twenty years? American soldiers (though I’m sure very small amount of them) did this as we killed civilians in the Middle East.
Agreed. And made me think of one last point on the nuke talk. The launch button for the first nuke is essentially a resignation button as well. The moment he fires one, the rest of the world will have no choice but to intervene. So if there is a Russia left to be governed, Vlad will not be the one to do it. And for someone that seems to care about power, control, and authority over anything or anyone else, I don’t think Putin will jeopardize his position or power with nuclear war.
no he didn't, that was bullshit that Trump made up I'd be shocked if some U.S. soldier over the last 20 years hasn't done that, but Pershing in particular understood the sabotage that kind of move would have done to his counterinsurgency campaign
Bringing Belarus officially into the Russian federation is just a way to launch attacks from Belarus while protecting it from retaliation by claiming it is formally part of Russia now.
I just assume that a large part of that would be dependent on whether Putin was still in charge. But that seems well down the road.
How convenient Belarus is going to do widely known “drop” and the EU (Poland) just gave Ukraine a bunch of MIGs to intercept them right in time let’s see if this drop happens
ok Donald Trump is the only person of note to give this universally understood to be bullshit story any airtime since like the day after 9/11
Having a second country now fighting Ukraine and we’ll sit back and do nothing. Aren’t there other non-NATO countries who could get involved? Or is that not a thing…
