After weighing in between 304 and 306 every day in February except for like 2 I'm at 302.7 this morning.
Had a doctors appointment this morning, and really wanted to go nuts on the stuff like sugar and other carbs I’ve cut out the last week once my blood was drawn, but I stayed in track and just had some sausage and eggs instead.
228.2 Lower than I started which was the goal. I only had 1 can of sugared drinks but I had more sugar in other areas. Now start cutting out cookies/chocolate/pop tarts. Progress!

I weighed in the day after on 3/1, but weighed in today at 228.8. Visiting with family and work has been extremely busy, my eating habits have been terrible the last 2-3 weeks. Going back into the office 3 days a week so I’ll cut down on the snacking and grab a salad from Newk’s

I was 240 at the beginning of the year, so about 4lbs a month isn't terrible I guess. Would be nice to double that but I'll have to get my ass to the gym more often
