I am a bit concerned about Dele and how sometimes it can appear that he isn’t putting in as much effort as he should. I really hope he gets off to a fast start or the relationship between the player and fans could turn toxic quickly.

I’ll always be a bit worried watching Eriksen at Brentford. Brentford certainly have a thing for Danes. Eriksen will make it six Danish players on their squad.

Even if with stats to disprove it, he’s stuck with the reputation that he doesn’t really give a shit. Maybe he needs to take some acting classes so he can emote the way the media and fans would deem admirable. Everton fans will tolerate lack of productivity just as we always have.

I hope Ramsey and Bale play for Wrexham FC before they retire. The owners certainly have the financial means to make it happen.

the article also says that there are talks about Neco coming to Fulham on a loan, which would make sense due to Tete's injury and Odoi being a liability (and possible move to Cercle Brugge) making RB our biggest immediate need.

I really feel like we're glossing over Barcelona having to beg and plead and re-negotiate the contract of a washed up 32 year old just to make a free transfer happen

That’s only because that’s how cheap it was to buy the club. Reynolds’ is worth somewhere in the 9 figure range. I know it’s never going to happen but one can dream.

They’ll just have to raise the price on the TikTok sponsorship then.

Can't remember if I posted it outside the Liverpool thread or not, but Shaqiri got a hair transplant during an international break in the season, not knowing it meant he couldn't head a ball for 4 weeks. So Liverpool just listed him as out, and no one could figure out how he got injured during vacation cause he didn't play for Switzerland.

That is a lot for Villa to pay for a 30 year old.

I think he is a good fit for them but that is too much.

Agreed, Odegaard was outrageous initially and they settled on 35. If they are not duped, 20-25 gets the job done for him. Who else is going to pay to take on his wages?
