Was listening to sports radio on the way to work and they were talking about the 1984 draft. Apparently, the USFL drafted first, then the NFL drafted, then the NFL held a supplemental draft of guys who signed USFL. That had to have been total chaos.
Not that it means anything, but my preference at 1.1 would be (in order) Hutch Thibs Walker It really doesn’t matter though, whoever we pick will be the wrong choice because Trent Baalke is a terrible talent evaluator and executive.
Josh Allen is also one of those "personal decision" guys wrt the vaccine. He's become a great player but he sucks as a person.
will our good mods be banning pick spoilers ahead of the broadcast? this could be one of the few drafts that has a bunch of surprises on the broadcast
Release so many mock drafts you are bound to have many picks correct at some point you can pound your chest about
Been watching a lot of EDGE highlights lately anticipating the jags pick and I always get the sense that after a few successful pro seasons we’ll all look back at Thibodeaux and be like oh yeah no shit that guy is good, he probably should have been drafted higher (assuming he drops).
Buff sunglasses is a Detroit thing. Cade threw a pair on at NBA draft as a shout out to Detroit. People could just be trying to make connection to Cade
