If he is great he will be a qb for 10+ years. qbs are now (were) on a different timeline with nfl protecting them more. JoJo’s injury history, being undersized, and playing a hybrid role where he is going to take some hits means his shelf life is *at best* 4-5 years below an elite qb. I don’t think Pickett is going to be that guy, but a qb that is 28 comes into the league looking like they have more years than JoJo. (I wanted the Packers to take a flyer on JoJo because I think he could be great for a few years, but no way in fuck can you rationalize his age compared to almost any qb)

I actually argued I wish our towns did it about 10 years ago to really be proactive. As much shit as we talk our two towns are very much the same. Makes a lot of sense with the Highway being an easy transportation system between both.
Reading some article on the Texas transfer and for some reason this part cracked me up.
