100% I worked at a hotel in my early 20s and the housekeeping staff was always about 50% comprised of people who weren't US citizens. Those people worked hard as shit 8-10 hours a day (just at this job) cleaning shit from toilets and all other disgusting things that happen at hotels. I learned more about immigrants in those years than at any other point in my life. Anyone who looks down on people like that or thinks that they are somehow not worthy of being here is an enormous piece of shit and should be made to work immigrants' jobs until their brain cracks open the possibility that immigrants deserve food, pay, compassion, human empathy and all the other things humans deserve.
