I bought these from last season and have really enjoyed them all. The Dawson's Cedar Smoked Garlic is absolutely delicious and I went through it in about two weeks. Still have the other two and use them sporadically when a meal sounds like it would pair well with one of them. https://heatonist.com/collections/hot-ones-hot-sauces/products/season-17-warmup-pack I also regularly keep a bottle of The Classic on hand. It's probably my favorite hot sauce I've ever had and I put it on all sorts of things. I haven't tried any of the back half of the lineup but part of me certainly wants to experience it once. The majority of me knows that's going to be an immediate regret whenever it finally happens.
Dirty dicks has been my “go-to” the last few months. Has some heat, but is sweet with a tropical. Secret aardvark or pirates lantern might be my all time favorite though
Secret Aardvark is excellent. It's my go-to when I'm out of The Classic. The Blackfish has a recurring purchase/subscription for it on Amazon I believe. I liked DD's as well. The sweetness is very nice.
Gordon was too over the top for me. Rachael Ray is severely underrated with her just taking down spoonfuls of hot sauce.
I like the middle of the pack. I bought one an 8 one time and eventually just used it to give soup and chili a kick
Are you down to do the full lineup/gauntlet one day? We might be able to get IV and/or Snakes involved as well.
I liked the Gordon Ramsey episode because he's such an abrasive bro asshole and by like wing 5 he was getting owned
Wife set up a hot ones party for my bday like three years ago. No DA Bomb but she bought the season set of everything else. Adobo Loco Fiya Fiya was like 6/7 but absolutely owned everyone. Thought It was worse than the last dab.
the Los Calientes verde (the original) is my house favorite. Also like the Roja, the Barbacoa is eh. I also love basically every sauce Small Axe Peppers in Brooklyn puts out. Their Bronx one is a fantastic starter hot sauce. Versatile. And I love their Peach-flavored Atlanta one.
Los Calientes Rojo is probably my favorite of the Hot Ones so far and is also very similar to Secret Aardvark
Check out Queen Majesty. The scotch bonnet/ginger and habanero/coffee are two of the best hot sauces I’ve ever had. Aardvark is my edc sauce.
Today, I found some Senor Lechuga Habanero/Coffee hot sauce in the discount section of Kroger for $2.89. It is delicious.
I think I've said it before but there's a Dave's Insanity that my friend has that is way worse than The Apollo Last Dab he has.
The only thing Ive seen her in is Stranger Things. I havent seen any interviews w her or anything. She does mention she's a LFC fan, which is quite unfortunate. No one is perfect, I guess.
I just got two new bottles of The Classic myself. It's kinda pathetic how excited I am to eat it with my lunch tomorrow.
Same thing as every weekday for the past 15 months, brother. Turkey & spinach wrap with some carrots and a hot sauce of my choosing. Mixing up the hot sauces when I feel like it is how I keep it from being too boring and bland.
Flew too close to the sun making fun of Tom Holland and telling Sean she was better than him. Then got hit by Da Bomb Mac truck.
Tom was a champ down the home stretch too. Dousing it in last dab where MBB refused to add the last dab.
During the early weeks of lockdown, I would put a drop on one of the sandwiches I would make for lunch. I would let my wife decide which one she wanted just from visual inspection. Sandwich roulette.
Lol you’re playing a dangerous game. My brother played that game when he stayed at my house once, he decided his Mexican TV dinner needed a kick of hot sauce. He had never heard of it, obviously. He threw the whole meal in the trash. Can’t blame him
Somehow my wife guessed the not-hot one six days in a row. After she finally lost twice, she didn't want to play anymore. Even though I lost more than I won, it was fun.
A couple of my friends and I ate the 10 sauces on wings ourselves a few years ago and the bomb was easily the hottest sauce. Once you’re past that you have a head high and don’t really taste much of the other sauces. I probably wouldn’t do it again and I really enjoy spicy food.
I get shes young but first time in forever I can remember someone coming out of that interview less likeable than they came in.
I feel this way ab a lot of the really young people they have on the show. Maybe it’s being in my thirties but listening to the opinions of people with little life experience is very uninteresting.
This was me a few years ago, it finally got thrown away a couple of years past the 'best before ' date
I’ve got a bottle of Last Dab that’s half full. I bet it’s at least 2 years past ‘expiration’. It hasn’t been used in that time either so I should probably just pitch it.
I thought it was slightly better than Olivia Rodrigo. Remember coming out of that thinking that she just didn’t have anything interesting to say
