Tried for the Kasina for myself and was going to try for the other one for you but when i went to change the size to 10.5 it wasnt even available.
Same. Was doing something and I looked down to see if was 10:18...MFer. The notifications from the SNKRS app are garbage.
God theyre such a pain in the ass. Take an L or two on SNKRS in the morning and its guaranteed you get a notification from the Nike app that afternoon telling you to check out the SNKRS app. Like theyre just trolling.
I got them both for not too bad on stockx. I’m about to quit using them though. Quite a few pairs recently are coming from hong kong and I simply do not trust that. Have a relatively expensive pair of dunks I just ordered that are rare and was not happy when I saw Hong Kong. Especially after Nike called them out for fakes. I trust Nike with that claim. I’m about to just stop paying resale. A lot of these shops have no clue. Young kids run all of the shops around here and you ask them about authenticating shoes and their response makes them sound like idiots. When I sell them pairs they look at them for half a second
I could never do reps. One pair of reps could bring every other pair into question and it’s not an affordability issue. I buy too much and should just stick to what I hit on but I no longer have the time needed for releases. If there was a service I could pay that could show proof of where they get their shoes I’d do that. I’d never trust any of the preorder guys out now
I’ve never understood why this shot in AM1s make every single person look like they have diabetes and swelling like no other.
Maybe its just the angle but the little piece on the toe looks way smaller on the left shoe than the right.
i was joking. It does put into question everything. In the past I order and got stuff from China but until recently I didn’t question it.
I wish Nike would go into detail. If they ordered 10 pairs and got 4 fakes, that's a huge issue. If they bought 1,000 pairs and got 4 fakes, that's to be expected. Just saying they got 4 fakes doesn't tell us enough. As for pairs coming from over there, that doesn't bother me at all. Lots of pairs release over there first. Or only release there. And it's just as easy for someone in thr US to order fakes and sell them on stockx as it is someone in Japan.
it doesn’t bother me at all because I don’t plan on selling them. So say my most expensive pairs are fakes it would suck but it wouldn’t be an issue unless I planned on selling them. Not sure if that makes sense. The only reason it makes you question is because most of not all fakes come from Hong Kong. Like I’ve always said I don’t care if someone buys replicas knowing what they are but it’s fucked up to sell fakes and pass them off as real.
Not just the possibility of fakes. Don’t really want my money going to Hong Kong. I spend a lot of extra money buying things made domestically when I can. Obviously these Nikes aren’t made here but if I’m buying from stockx I’d rather they come from the us. I know how bad back door corruption is here. Imagine how bad it is over there
Most fakes come from Putian, not Hong Kong. Stockx has offices all around the world now so you can't really tell much from where a pair ship from. Some dude in Alabama could order fakes from Putian and then sell them to Stockx.
Never sold on Stockx, but they don’t require a receipt or some kind of proof of purchase when u send them a pair ?
dude on Reddit says they have to verify at least fifty shoes an hour paying $16/hr. It’s a racket. You sell a thousand dollar pair of shoes they’re profiting almost $100 for a minute of work
