Cincy's setup would have been better then KC's with the stadium and everything being in downtown. But I figured KC would get a bid being so tight with USSF. It's dumb Dallas and Houston both got a bid. Way to spread out the games FIFA
I assume they’re playing in Estadio BBVA and that’s got to be one of the coolest stadium settings in the world
so likely DC National Mall will get the major fanfest then we find out next year who gets Quarters, Semis, International Broadcast center, etc
IIRC they’re already renovating basically all of it, or making a new one. EDIT: just saw broXcore post.
Went to a Netherlands-Saudi Arabia game at RFK Stadium in 1994, where I fell in love with Dutch soccer fans. Hope the Dutch play at Levi's, because I'm getting tickets to every game there. 40 minutes away.
And host it where? Where RFK Stadium used to be? FedEx is a shit pile and Audi Field is way too small.
